as the photos of those who chose to have a picture made.

Thanks to all the farmers and our parishioners who have so
generously donated their excess crops. The clients we
serve are most thankful to receive fresh produce.

the business of selling a product from your home, like cosmetics, jewelry, Amway, etc, you are welcome. Parish
groups, that would like to raise money, can work together
to produce a product for sale.

space and a work crew; various area churches provide the
food on a rotating schedule. We are looking for people to
be part of our work crew, which involves set up, serving,

What is VIRTUS?
VIRTUS is a program created by the National Catholic Risk Retention Group in the United States with a "Protecting God's
Children" component that combats sexual abuse of children in the Church. It is currently in use in over 80 dioceses in the
United States.
VIRTUS focuses on educating teachers, parents, and other adults who interact with children about sexual abuse and
providing them with information to help prevent abuse. This takes place in 'awareness sessions' led by trained facilitators.
The awareness sessions consist of videos, worksheets, and discussions. The videos incorporate interviews with both victims and convicted perpetrators.
VIRTUS is a required element for anyone who plans to become involved in a ministry that comes in contact with children or
youth. It is also a great resource for parents and grandparents!!!
To register go to www.virtusonline.org and follow the prompts. There is no cost for the program and free childcare can be
provided. Please contact Valerie at the office for more information
