Dear Parents,
As mentioned last week, the sprint to the finish line is upon us. Our students have done
a wonderful job this year and have worked extremely hard in the classroom. It is
completely understandable that they are looking forward to summer vacation. However,
we must make sure all our students finish strong so that their final grades will reflect how
hard they have worked this year. If you have not already done so, please speak with
your child(ren) about working to the finish line and completing what they have started.
Please keep our 2nd graders in your prayers this week as they prepare to receive the
sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time this week and their First Holy Communion
on Saturday morning. Please join me in congratulating them.
I just wanted to mention once again the tuition assistance program, how it will work and
what is available. I still do not have all the details, but I do know that the process will
change. First, in order to receive any tuition assistance, you must have submitted an
application to the Children’s Education Fund. Second, all dollars outside of the CEF
will be allocated by a financial committee that is formed within the Advisory Council.
The amount of money available is not known at this time. But let me assure you that I am
working every angle to make sure that we have enough to fund those that truly need the
assistance.
Those that do receive money outside of the CEF will be asked to do
additional community hours which will include a commitment to work various school
events as well as help us fulfill our commitment to the Cowboy Stadium partnership we
are working on securing.
We are working hard to make sure that the education you child receives is the best
available, while still keeping tuition reasonable. To do this within the current economic
environment we must ask everyone to do their part.

understanding why we do this, and for making the sacrifices to help keep our community
moving forward.

Estimados Padres,
Como he mencionado antes, ha llegado el corrido hacia la linea final. Nuestros alumnos
han trabajado muy duro en sus clases y han hecho buen trabajo. Es perfectamente
comprensible que están buscando con ansiedad las vacaciones de verano. Sin embargo,
tenemos que asegurarnos que todos nuestros estudiantes terminan fuerte, por lo que sus
calificaciones finales reflejarán lo duro que han trabajado este año. Le pido, si todavía no
lo ha hecho, que hable con sus hijo(s) sobre el trabajo a la línea de meta y completando lo
que han iniciado.
Por favor mantenga a los niños del grado Segundo en sus oraciones esta semana mientras
se preparan para recibir el Sacramento de Reconciliación por la primera vez esta semana
y la Primera Comunión el sabado. Les ofrecemos felicidades a todos.
Tambien quiero mencionar otra vez el programa de asistencia financiera, como trabajará
en el próximo año escolar, y que cantidad será disponible. Todavía no tengo la respuesta
completa, pero seguramente el proceso cambiará. En primer lugar, con el fin de recibir
cualquier ayuda de matrícula, usted deberá haber presentado una solicitud al Fondo para
la Infancia Educación. En segundo lugar, todos los dólares fuera del CEF, será atribuido
por un comité financiero que se forma en el Consejo Consultivo. La cantidad de dinero
disponible no se sabe en este momento. Pero permítanme asegurarles que estoy
trabajando todos los ángulos para asegurarse de que tenemos suficientes para financiar las
que realmente necesitan la ayuda. Los que reciben dinero fuera de la CEF se les pedirá
que hagan horas voluntarios addicional que incluyará un compromiso de trabajar varios
eventos de la escuela y ayudarnos cumplir con nuestro compromiso con el asociación con
el Estadio de los Cowboys que estamos tratando de asegurar .
Estamos trabajando duro para asegurar que la educación que recibe su hijo es el mejor
