Dear Parent/Guardian:
This letter is to remind you of our 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony at Huntington
High School on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 beginning at 7:00 PM. All students
must arrive by 6:30. Students should be dressed in casual but neat attire.
The students will be seated in the front sections of the auditorium and family
members will be seated in the remaining seats. I ask that you only bring family
members as the auditorium cannot exceed its recommended capacity. The Finley
PTA will offer refreshments in the lobby after the ceremony. The ceremony will
take approximately 90 minutes. All students will walk onto the stage to receive
their certificates. Students earning other academic or community awards will be
recognized as well.

Estimados Padresy Tutores:
Esta carta es para recordarles de nuestra ceremonia de graduacion para los
estudiantes en grado 8 que tendrá lugar en Huntington High School el 20 de junio
de 2012 a las 7:00 PM. Todos los estudiantes deben llegar no más tarde de las
6:30 PM. Los estudiantes se deben vestir en ropa casual y pulcra.
Los estudiantes estarán sentados en la seccón adelante en el audiitorio y las
familias atrás en las sillas disponibles. Por favor solo inviten miembros de familia
porque el auditorio no puede exceeder de su capacidad recomendada. La
PTA(Asociación de Padres y Maestros) ofrecerá refrescos en el vestibule después
de la ceremonia. La ceremonia durara aproximadamente 90 minutos. Todos los
estudiantes caminaran en el scenario para recibir sus certificados.
Se
reconocerán tambien a los estudiantes que han Ganado otros premios académicos
o un premio de la comunidad.
