Counting Down the Days….Making plans to celebrate
The highlighted portion of our weekly Parish Offertory report, shown above, indicates just how close we are
to completely eliminating our mortgage debt! There is still time for everyone to take part in paying off our
debt – simply use the yellow envelopes in the pews or make a notation of “Capital Campaign” on the memo
line of your check. No amount is too small and, when combined with the offerings of our fellow parishioners,
it really adds up. We are making plans now to celebrate this great achievement on the evening of July 3, and
during the day on July 4. Planning is underway for family-friendly activities such as: a cookout, an outdoor
concert, invitations to former pastors and other important clergy, a celebration Mass and much more! Mark
your calendars now and plan to stay in town for this monumental “freedom” celebration.
