RESTAURANTE EL CACHIRULO
Hace casi cuarenta años nació el restaurante El
Cachirulo. Desde entonces estuvo llamado a ser un
lugar de referencia en Aragón.
Su impresionante arquitectura exterior es genuina,
sobria y elegante. El interior del edificio sorprende
por su gran variedad de espacios y rincones, todos
ellos íntimos y acogedores. Sus paredes albergan un
mestizaje decorativo entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo,
conjugando materiales tales como el hierro, la
madera y el alabastro.

Linear Flex LED Outdoor
Mundo Flex LED
Grupo MCI fue el encargado de iluminar el exterior e
interior del restaurante con productos de su catálogo
de iluminación técnica y decorativa. Las escaleras de
la entrada principal se iluminaron con Mundo-Flex
LED, lo que permitió decorar y resaltar de una
manera espectacular la zona principal del edificio.
Para la iluminación de las escaleras internas se
utilizó el Plot DEGO una luminaria decorativa
empotrable de suelo para la iluminación de
señalización con grado de protección IP67, ideal para
aplicaciones de exterior. El cuerpo está fabricado en
acero inoxidable y la superficie es opal. Plot
compuesto por seis LEDs SMD. Finalmente para
iluminar el capitel de las columnas de uno de los
edificios anexos al restaurante, se utilizó el Linear
Flex LED Outdoor, blanco cálido. Ideal par la creación
de luz indirecta y destacar la arquitectura del edificio.

LANZAMIENTO DE LA CRUZ DE FARMACIA CON LEDs
MUNDO PHARMA CROSS
Grupo MCI tiene el placer de presentarles MUNDO
PHARMA CROSS, 2 modelos de cruces de farmacia
que utilizan tecnología LED. Una inversión muy
rentable por la larga vida y el bajo consumo de la
luminaria.
El primer modelo de uso interior, tiene unas
dimensiones de 49x49 cm y está iluminada a una
cara con un total de 320 LEDs ovales verdes. El
objetivo principal de esta cruz es la animación
dinámica del punto de venta y puede ser colocada en
el escaparate y/o mostrador. En los centros
comerciales puede ser utilizada como reclamo para
indicar la localización de una farmacia. La luminaria
de fácil montaje, se conecta directamente a una toma
de corriente y no requiere la intervención de un
electricista. Tiene 5 programas pregrabados, que se
pueden seleccionar por botones pulsadores.
Mundo Pharma Cross, modelo interior.
El segundo modelo, pensado para la fachada exterior
de la farmacia tiene unas dimensiones de
100x100cm y lleva incorporados 1280 LEDs ovales
verdes por cara. Además incluye el brazo de fijación,
y permite, mediante un mando a distancia, crear una
secuencia de programas entre las 36 animaciones
disponibles, activar o desactivar el modo guardia 24
horas, regular la intensidad y velocidad de los
programas, y mucho más…
LIGHT & BUILDING, UNA CITA OBLIGADA QUE NO
PUEDE PERDERSE
Del 11 al 18 de abril del 2010, tendrá lugar en
Frankfurt/Main el 10º Aniversario de la
Light&Building, la feria de iluminación más grande
del mundo, y donde un total de 1,500 expositores en
una superficie de exposición de más de 160,000 m2
presentarán sus últimas novedades y tendencias. Un
lugar idóneo donde alrededor de 167,000
arquitectos, arquitectos de interiores, diseñadores,
decoradores, lighting designer, ingenieros, etc.,
encuentran soluciones para sus negocios y
proyectos.
Un año más, Grupo MCI estará presente en la feria de
referencia con un stand de 100 m2 y donde
presentará el nuevo catálogo de Iluminación Técnica.
Un catálogo en el que podrán encontrar una gran
variedad de productos estándar, custom made y una
extensa recopilación de proyectos en los que se ha
utilizado tecnología LED. Un catálogo muy
interesante que no pasará desapercibido por los
visitantes que visiten nuestro stand.

EL CACHIRULO RESTAURANT
It has been almost forty years since the restaurant El
Cachirulo opened for first time its doors, and it has
been up to now a benchmark in Aragon’s gastronomic
culture.
Its superb architecture is genuine and elegant. A
great deal of quiet and cosy spaces and corners
flourish in the inside of the building. The walls are
decorated with a combination of materials such as
iron, wood and alabaster forming a decorative mix of
old and new design.

Linear Flex LED Outdoor
Grupo MCI was the company in charge to illuminate
parts of the indoor and outdoor of the restaurant with
products from the technical and decorative
catalogue. The stairs of the main entrance were
illuminated with Mundo-Flex LED, which allow to
decorate and emphasize the main area of the
building. For the illumination of the internal stairs
were installed Plot DEGO a decorative inground
luminaire used as a marker light and rated IP67 and
therefore perfectly suitable for outdoor use. The body
is made of stainless steel while the opalized
integrates six SMD type LEDS. Finally, for the
illumination of one building, was used the Linear Flex
LED Outdoor, warm white. A perfect product to create
indirect light and to emphasize the architecture of the
building.

NEW CATALOGUE: SAFETY & DECORATIVE LIGHTING

OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF MUNDO PHARMA CROSS
Grupo MCI is proud to launch a range of Illuminated
Pharmacy Cross signs using LED technology. It will
result in significant cost-savings over the life time of
the installation due to its low power consumption and
will eliminate almost all maintenance.
The Indoor Version has dimensions of 49x49cm, it is
equipped with 320 energy saving green oval LEDs on
one side. The main application for the LED pharmacy
cross is to create a dynamic point of sale. It can be
hung in the shop-window and above the counter.
When installed inside shopping malls, it is a beacon
to guide shoppers to locate the pharmacy. This model
can be mounted very easily and is plugged directly to
the mains without the need of an electrician. It has 5
pre-set program scenarios, each of them can be
selected through a push button.
Mundo Pharma Cross, indoor version.
The Outdoor version can be used on the outdoor
facade of the pharmacy, its dimensions are
100x100cm, it contains 1280 energy saving green
LEDs mounted on the 2 sides and is delivered with a
wall-mounting arm. A remote control is also supplied
with each cross to select one of 36 pre set programs
to create a dynamic light sequence, activate or
deactivate the “24-hours open” mode, regulate the
brightness, the speed of the programs, and other
useful programs that will draw attention to the
pharmacy.
LIGHT & BUILDING, A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY THAT

The 10th Anniversary of the Light&Building, the
world’s leading trade fair for Architecture and
Technology, will be held in Frankfurt am Main
between the 11th to the 18th of April 2010. Over 1,
5000 exhibitors will display their latest products in
the more than 160.000 m2 big exhibition spaces.
This is an ideal meeting place for trade visitors – over
167,000 architects, interior architects, designers,
planners, engineers and lighting designers, as well as
representatives of the trade and industry, are there to
find future-oriented solutions for their businesses
and exchange knowledge.
Grupo MCI will participate in the fair with a stand of
100 m2, where the new catalogue of Technical
Illumination will be presented, a happening that for
sure not will get unnoticed by anyone paying a visit.
In the catalogue the visitors will be able to find a
great range of standard and custom made products
and an extensive compilation of projects in which
LED technology is used.
