Lead architect
We take a single idea and we develop the whole image and architecture of your
business concept. Our team analyses your target audience, how you should
display your product and all your needs to allow you to express your brand
through architecture and interior design. We increase your sales and enhance
your workspace. We take care of the entire project, from the initial concept right
down to the design of the furniture if needed.
Local architect
We conduct technical feasibility studies of business units, arrange building,
activity and environmental permits, manage the contracting of basic services
(water, electricity and telephone,etc.), coordinate health and safety, and arrange
and monitor these procedures with the help of our highly qualified staff.
Project management
We can coordinate and manage any project, monitor its progress and take
action on behalf of the client. Our extensive experience in a range of sectors
lead us have an excellent knowledge of the market and that we can meet to
deadlines to reach our customers requirements.
Facility management
We manage the technical maintenance of any building or network of business
units, we supervise maintenance companies to anticipate problems and adjust
costs. We specialise in heritage buildings.

Design and legalisation of installations
We design and take care of the legal aspects of your water, gas, electricity,
HVAC, security and fire protection installations, complementing the roles of the
lead architect and local architect.

Philosophy
Our aim is to increase sales of our clients with a design that suits its objectives
as brand and carry out the implementation with the suitable techniques in order

History
Since 1992 we have evolved from a conventional Architectural Studio to an
International Professional Services Firm, specialized in retail and corporate
offices. In 2013 we opened our first office in Mexico D.F, later in Paris and in
2015 we opened a new one in London.
