Read Cutting Strips and Pieces prior to cutting fabric. <Zii^c\HiVgiZY This garden inspired quilt consists of smaller scaled blocks in six bi-monthly installments. Refer to Accurate Seam Allowance. Whenever possible use Assembly Line Method. Press seams in direction of arrows. Refer to Appliqué Instructions. Our instructions are for Quick-Fuse Appliqué, but if you prefer hand appliqué, reverse patterns and add "-wide seam allowances. Appliqués are added to each block prior to sewing the quilt top together. BV`^c\i]Z;djg"EViX];adlZg7adX` 1. Sew two Fabric A squares together. Press. Make two. Sew these units together as shown. Press. 5g 5g 5g Make 2 (1 of each combination) Block measures 10" squares 2. Use Appliqué Flower patterns to trace four large flowers and four flower centers on paper side of fusible web. Use appropriate fabrics to prepare all appliqués for fusing. 3. Refer to photo on page 1 and layout on page 3 to position and fuse large flower appliqués to block. Finish appliqué edges with machine satin stitch or other decorative stitching as desired. 4. Follow Layering and Finishing, steps 3-6 to make four dimensional flowers. Center and pin small flower piece to large flowers. Position and fuse flower centers and machine satin stitch or other decorative stitching as desired.
