EMBROIDERY
The most popular of apparel decoration, embroidery
creates a professional, distinctive and sophisticated form
of branding. Our custom embroidered decoration options
are designed to produce quality and results to promote
your brand, event, or organization.
SCREEN PRINTING
For countless decorating possibilities and a variety of
treatments, screen printing brings apparel to life that is
creative and distinct. For bright and vibrant graphics,
screen printing is a fitting choice and is extremely cost
effective when ordering in larger quantities.
SUBLIMATION
Dye sublimation technology is the process where graphics
and logos are heat-infused directly into the fabrics
fibers. This allows for greater range of design and color
possibilities and results in a light-weight, breathable
garment made for lasting performance that will never fade
or wash out.

CAPABILITIES
HEAT APPLIED NAMES & NUMBERS
Letters and numbers are available in a variety of popular
styles, sizes, materials, and colors. Heat pressed for
instant personalization. A perfect alternative to screen
printing. Add a name and number to any sports jersey
for uniform customization.
LASER ETCHING
Using a laser, we can etch or burn an image into
polyester and synthetic materials. The laser burns the
top layer of the fabric, resulting in a darker, tonal mark
on the garment. The tone of the mark varies according to
the fabric color. Medium-colored fabrics achieve a more
distinguishable design than on darker or lighter fabrics.
LABELING
We specialize in adding the finishing touch to your
apparel products with custom labels including woven
labels, printed, heat seal, and hang tags.
PANTONE COLOR MATCHING
RAMCO utilizes a Data Color system with a
spectrophotometer, featuring precise color matching and
color quality control for dyes. We produce the best results
for color matching a wide variety of materials.
