The lo t, where is lo cated the present building, is in a develo pment plan that includes the co nstructio n o f buildings with
residential use o nly. The type o f input is expected to be called "Family villa" o r "semi-detached" built o n two flo o rs. As a result
the finding o f existing urban mo rpho lo gical structure, the pro ject was driven by a desire to pursue so me peculiar typo lo gical
characterizatio ns. In particular it seeks to co nsistently interpret the intent o f the Plan: specifically by placing an appro ximately
linear ho using bo dy alo ng the No rth-So uth axis, the o ne which is best irradiatio n co nditio ns. Also aims to pro duce a high
perfo rmance energy using specific building materials, co mbined with a co nscio us design o f bio climatic issues.

interested in issues o f enviro nmental sustainability o f the pro ject, fo llo wed directly all phases o f wo rk.
De scripció n de la arquit e ct ura : The building co nsists o f an elementary bo dy o f two flo o rs witho ut basement. Each level
has its o wn acco mmo datio n. The plant o f the building in o n the No rth-So uth axis, in particular there is a terrace o n the
so uthern facade at the first flo o r, co vered by a veranda fo r which is arranged the realizatio n o f a light co vering co mpo sed o f
pho to vo ltaic mo dules. The building co nsists o f structure in co ncrete walls, the o uter rear-end co llisio ns in fo amed co ncrete
blo cks and a po lystyrene fo am co ating o f 27 cm.

The plate is part o f an articulated stratigraphy that represents the finish o f the building system.
Presents, when applied in co njunctio n with o ther pro ducts designed to make up the "package",
a high resistance to mechanical stress, a system security, a security against cracking due to
o rganic-based co ating cycle high resistance to micro o rganisms (algae and fungi). It also
allo ws the painting with dark co lo rs. It has a high resistance to bad weather but is permeable to
water vapo r and CO2.
