This is a 9 sto rey blo ck o f functio nal mixity with 138 so cial ho using units divided into 53 student apartments, 24 so cial rented ho usings and 6 1 intermediate rental ho usings. On the gro und flo o r services and businesses: tax o ffice, po st o ffice and a restaurant. In additio n to the co ncepts o f diversity and energy savings, the pro ject is finely adapted to the climatic co nstraints.
