in this area, though the occasional geko has temporarily popped in. As the property is approached via a tarmac
road steep and rough tracks with slippery and muddy surfaces in bad weather are not a problem. Outside the house
is a pretty gated courtyard offering secure parking and a small colourful garden. There is a good size shaded and
screened patio for fly-free relaxing and alfresco dining and also a large unreformed room for storage of firewood,
tools etc. There are two entrances to the cave itself and unusually a good deal of natural light because it was
originally two properties and has a curved frontage. The main door leads directly into the large sitting room which
has a wood burning fire with top oven, recommended for roasting meat and vegetables but probably not for cakes!
The fire is almost opposite the master bedroom and keeps it comfortably warm in winter. This bedroom has a good
size storage area for clothes etc. Moving to the right there is a corridor with further storage space opposite the
shower room and a door leading to the dining room. Through an archway is the kitchen and from there another
archway leads to the hall, second entrance and double bedroom. A further short passage leads to the small sitting
room, also with wood burner and from this room there is access to bedroom three, study, utility room and
bathroom. It is a very economical property, the present owners have kept records of all outgoings since 2008 and
these can be seen. It can be sold furnished. A price adjustment can be discussed should furniture not be required.
