Our Lady of the Rosary, also known as Our Lady of the Most Holy
Rosary, is a title of the Blessed Virgin Mary in relation to the Rosary.
The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is on October 7. According to
Dominican tradition, in 1206, St. Dominic was in Prouille, France,
attempting to convert the Albigensians back to the Catholic faith. The
young priest had little success until one day he received a vision of the
Blessed Virgin, who gave him the Rosary as a tool against heretics.

OAKLAND DIOCESE PRIEST
CONVOCATION, October 3-7, 2016.
Due to the attendance of all priests at the
Convocation from October 3rd through October
7th, there will be no daily Masses. However,
there will be daily Communion Service those
days at 8am. Also there will be no Confessions.
Before leaving for the Convocation, IHM’s
priests will offer anointing at the 7am and
8:30am Mass on Friday September 30th for
those in need.

semana tendremos un Servicio Comunal diario a
