GENERAL INSTRUCCIONS FOR USE

1. STORAGE.- In dry place.
2. MOLD AND FORMWORK.- UIT the right shape and size, do not let escape the
concrete over joints. Use release agents. Designing adequate reinforcements.
3. MIXER.- In paddle mixer. Remove debris or other Pórtland cement. Use only clean
water. Measure out the water thoroughly. View product information for each
product. Check plasticity, preventing lumps and excess water. It is recommended to
lengthen the mixing time.
4. TEMPERATURE.- No less than 5ºC or over 30ºC, because it can damage the set.

5. PLACEMENT.- Pour evenly into the forms. Rod compaction by hand is
recommended. Thixotropic concrete indispensably need strong vibration.
6. EXPANSION JOINTS.- Before pouring the concrete, put together fixed to the forms.
They can be waxed cardboard, plastic, etc... Check spacing and thickness,
according to concrete used.
7. WORKING JOINTS.- Restart pouring over concrete rough and fresh material to
unite both parties web. Modules is preferable to coincide with expansion joints.
8. HARDERING.- It Se presenta normalmente a las 8 - 12 horas después del
amasado. Comprobar temperatura ambiente e influencia en el endurecimiento.
9. DESENCOFRADO.- 24 Horas después de la colocación del hormigón, retirar los
encofrados que no soportan carga . No es necesario mojar el hormigón y 24 horas
mas tarde se retiran los encofrados que soportan carga (arcos, dinteles, etc..).
10.CALENTAMIENTO.- Transcurridas otras 24 horas, iniciar el calentamiento con
leña, mecheros auxiliares, resistencias, a razón de 20ºC. a 30ºC. por hora.
Mantener 200ºC. de 16-24 horas, hasta eliminar vapor de agua. Reanudar hasta
600ºC. y mantener 24 - 36 horas. Elevar la temperatura hasta régimen a 30ºC. por
hora.
