Le istruzioni sono fondamentali per il montaggio e l’ uso corretto dei
binari elettrificati monofase Reggiani e dei loro accessori; pertanto
devono essere accuratamente conservate anche dopo l’installazione,
per ogni futura consultazione.

• Per il collegamento alla rete, utilizzare cavi multipolari tipo

1-CIRCUIT TRACK
These instructions are fundamental for correct mounting and operation
of the Reggiani electrified 1-circuit tracks and accessories. Hence after
installation, they should be kept in a safe place for future use.
GENERAL NOTES
• Conformity: European Standards CEI EN 60570:2003,
Community Directives 2006/95/CE, 93/68/EEC, 2004/108/EC.
• Degree of protection IP20, suitable for installation in dry indoor
environments only.
• Electrical protection:
Class I – Connect the yellow/green earth cable to the green screw.
• For connection to the mains power supply, use H05V2V2 multi-pole
cable with wires of a cross section between 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm².
• Maximum power supply: 16A 120/240V, 50/60Hz
• The maximum weight of each individual luminaire must not exceed:
– 50N if the track is ceiling mounted
– 5 N if the track is wall mounted
– maximum applicable torque: 2.5 Nm.

Avvertenza! Non danneggiare il rivestimento plastico isolante. Se
dopo l’operazione di foratura/taglio tale rivestimento risultasse
incrinato o danneggiato, il binario deve essere scartato. Il binario deve
essere utilizzato esclusivamente con gli accessori sotto elencati.
Avvertenza! Tutte le operazioni di installazione/rimozione degli
accessori, degli apparecchi o delle lampadine deve avvenire in assenza
di alimentazione elettrica sul binario.

Avvertenza! Per ogni binario o schema a binario vi deve essere un
solo alimentatore.
Rimuovere il coperchio e procedere al cablaggio elettrico alla
rete di alimentazione, ricordando che:
la vite color verde identifica il polo di messa a terra, collegato al cavo
giallo/verde, la vite color argento il polo neutro e la vite color oro il
polo di linea/fase.
Terminato il cablaggio richiudere il coperchio di protezione con
l’apposita vite.
Indicizzare il dispositivo di alimentazione, inserendo il codolo nella
sede appropriata, in corrispondenza del polo N .
Important! Do not damage the plastic insulation. If the insulation is
faulty or damaged by cutting or drilling, discard the track.
The track must be used exclusively with the accessories listed below.
Important! All operations involving installation/removal of
accessories, luminaires or lamps must be performed with power
switched off from the track.
2120: live end
Important! Only one live end must be used for each track or layout of
tracks.
Remove the cover and connect to the mains, remembering that
the green screw identifies the earth pole, connected to the yellow/green
cable, the silver screw identifies the neutral pole and the gold colour
screw identifies the line/phase.
After wiring, close the protective cover with the screw.
Set the live end by inserting the lug into the seat near the N pole .

Die Anweisungen sind für die korrekte Montage und den ordnungsgemäßen
Gebrauch der 1-Phasen-Stromschienen Reggiani und des entsprechenden
Zubehörs von grundlegender Bedeutung und müssen daher auch nach der
Installation für eine zukünftige Konsultierung sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden.
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
• Konformität: Europäische Normen CEI EN 60570:2003,
Europäische Richtlinien 2006/95/CE, 93/68/EWG, 2004/108/EG.
• Schutzart IP20, geeignet nur für Anlagen in trockenen Innenräumen
• Schutzklasse: I – Den gelb/grünen Erdleiter an die grüne Schraube
anschließen.
• Für den Netzanschluss mehrpolige Kabel des Typs H05V2V2 mit
Leitern mit einem uerschnitt zwischen 1,5mm2 und 2,5mm2
verwenden.
• Max. Spannung: 16A 120/240V, 50/60Hz
• Das Gewicht jeder einzelnen Leuchte darf folgende Werte nicht
überschreiten:
– 50N bei Deckenanbau-Stromschienen
– 5N bei Wandanbau-Stromschienen
– Das maximale Drehmoment beträgt 2,5 Nm.
– Der Abstand zwischen den Leuchten darf nicht geringer sein als
250mm (10”).
Die Stromschienen werden in verschiedenen Abmessungen angeboten
und besitzen bereits die entsprechenden Vorbohrungen, um die
Montage zu beschleunigen.
• Falls weitere Bohrungen erforderlich sein sollten, einen Bohrer Ø
4mm (5/32”) verwenden und die Bohrung von der Innen- zur
Außenseite der Schiene vornehmen (die erste Bohrung in einem
Abstand von 200mm des Schienenendes und in einem Abstand von
400mm für alle weiteren Bohrungen).
• Falls die Stromschiene gekürzt werden muss, um sie auf die
gewünschte Länge zu bringen, muss der Schnitt sorgfältig in einem
Winkel von genau 90° zur Längsachse der Schiene durchgeführt
werden.
Hinweis! Beschädigen Sie nicht die isolierende Kunststoffschicht.
Falls die Schicht nach Bohrung bzw. Schnitt Risse aufweist oder
beschädigt ist, darf die Schiene nicht mehr verwendet werden.
Die Schiene darf nur mit dem nachstehend aufgeführten Zubehör
verwendet werden.
Hinweis! Bei allen Maßnahmen der Installation/Demontage von
Zubehör, Leuchten oder Lampen muss die Stromschiene von der
Stromversorgung getrennt werden.

Hinweis! Für jede Stromschiene oder Stromschienenkonfiguration
darf nur ein VG verwendet werden.
Den Deckel entfernen und die Verkabelung mit dem Stromnetz
vornehmen; dabei ist Folgendes zu beachten:
Die grüne Schraube identifiziert den Pol für die Erdung und wird an das
gelb/grüne Kabel angeschlossen;
die silberfarbene Schraube identifiziert den Nullleiter und die
goldfarbene Schraube den Pol Leitung/Phase.
Nach Abschluss der Verkabelung den Deckel mit der entsprechenden
Schraube wieder schließen.
Die Einspeisungsvorrichtung einstellen , indem Sie die Zunge in ihre
korrekte Position am Pol N bringen.

coupé l’alimentation électrique au rail.

2131: Adattatore
(dedicato esclusivamente al binario monofase Reggiani)
L’adattatore deve essere montato seguendo le istruzioni sotto riportate.
Innanzitutto inserire la molla ed il cursore nelle sede appropriata.
Eseguire il cablaggio elettrico rispettando le indicazione di
Linea/Fase, Neutro e Terra (utilizzando preferibilmente un cavo
giallo/verde).
Richiudere il tutto utilizzando le viti fornite in dotazione.
L’aggancio al binario, richiede di rispettare il verso d’innesto (il logo
deve essere rivolto verso l’esterno), quindi ruotare l’adattatore di 90°.
Per lo sgancio sollevare il dispositivo di antirotazione, indi ruotare
di 90° l’adattatore in direzione opposta a quella di aggancio.
L’interruttore, a lato dell’adattatore, consente di dare/togliere
l’alimentazione elettrica al dispositivo ad esso vincolato.

Follow the instructions below to fit the adapter.
Firstly, insert the spring and slide in the appropriate seat.
Make the connections observing the indications for Line/Phase,
Neutral and Earth (preferably using a yellow/green cable).
Close all parts using the screws supplied.
When fitting the adapter to the track, pay attention to the inserting
direction (the logo should face outwards), then rotate the adapter
through 90°.
To release, lift the anti-rotation device then rotate the adapter
through 90° in the opposite direction.
The switch at the side of the adapter serves for switching the power
supply to the connected device either on or off.

RAEE Gli apparecchi di illuminazione sono per definizione degli RAEE (Rifiuti di
Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche) e, per quanto tali, non possono essere
assimilati a rifiuti solidi urbani. Perciò, al termine del loro ciclo di vita, gli RAEE
devono essere correttamente trattati e smaltiti perché potenzialmente pericolosi sia per
l’ambiente sia per la salute umana a causa della presenza di sostanze pericolose nei
componenti elettrici ed elettronici. Pertanto è fatto obbligo all’utilizzatore di consegnare gli
apparecchi di illuminazione usati al Distributore, a fronte dell’acquisto di un’equivalente
apparecchio nuovo, o esclusivamente per il territorio italiano direttamente al Consorzio per
lo Smaltimento degli Apparecchi di Illuminazione –Ecolight- come delegato dalla Reggiani
S.p.A. Illuminazione, che si incaricheranno del ritiro gratuito e del conferimento presso i
centri di raccolta specializzati opportunamente costituiti dalle Amministrazioni Pubbliche atti
al recupero, trattamento e smaltimento dei RAEE. Lo smaltimento abusivo o inadeguato di
detti rifiuti comporterà sanzioni economiche e/o amministrative, il cui ammontare è stabiliti
a norma di legge.
N.B. Il ritiro gratuito di un apparecchio di illuminazione può essere rifiutato nel caso in cui
vi sia un rischio di contaminazione del personale incaricato della raccolta o nel caso in cui
risulta evidente che l’apparecchiatura in questione non contiene i suoi componenti essenziali
o contiene rifiuti diversi dai RAEE o nel caso in cui il peso dell’apparecchiatura ritirata sia
superiore al doppio del peso dell’apparecchiatura nuova acquistata. In queste circostanze lo
smaltimento è a carico del detentore che conferisce.

WEEE Luminaires are defined as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
and as such may not be disposed of as solid urban waste.
At the end of their life cycle, they must therefore be correctly treated and disposed of
as substances of concern for both the environment and human health due to the presence of
dangerous substances in the electrical and electronic components.
The user must therefore consign used luminaires to the distributor when purchasing an
equivalent new luminaire or, exclusively in the case of Italy, directly to Ecolight, the
Consortium for the Disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Consorzio per lo
Smaltimento degli Apparecchi di Illuminazione), delegated by Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione,

(ausschließlich nur für 1-Phasen-Stronschienen Reggiani bestimmt)
Das Adapter muss gemäß den nachstehenden Anweisungen montiert
werden.
Zuerst die Feder und den Schieber in ihre Positionen einsetzen.
Die elektrische Verkabelung vornehmen und dabei die Angaben
Leitung/Phase, Nullleiter und Erdung beachten (nach Möglichkeit
ein gelb/grünes Kabel verwenden).
Die Einheit mithilfe der mitgelieferten Schrauben wieder
verschließen.
Beim Einhaken der Stromschiene muss auf die Richtung geachtet
werden (das Logo muss nach Außen gerichtet sein), dann das
Adapter um 90° drehen.
Beim Aushaken muss die Verdrehsicherung angehoben und dann
das Adapter um 90° in die zum Einhaken entgegengesetzte
Richtung gedreht werden.
Mit Hilfe des Schalters seitlich des Adapters kann die
Stromversorgung des angeschlossenen Geräts ein- und
ausgeschaltet werden.
WEEE Leuchten sind definitionsgemäß WEEE (Waste Electric and Electronic
Equipment – Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte) und gehören daher nicht zum üblichen
Siedlungsabfall. Diese Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte müssen am Ende ihrer
Nutzungsdauer ordnungsgemäß behandelt und beseitigt werden, da sie aufgrund des Anteils
an gefährlichen Stoffen in elektrischen und elektronischen Bauteilen sowohl für die Umwelt
als auch für die Gesundheit potentiell gefährlich sind. Daher ist der Nutzer verpflichtet, die
gebrauchten Leuchten an den Vertreiber zurückzugegeben, wenn er eine gleichwertige neue
Leuchte erwirbt, bzw., in Italien, direkt an den von Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione beauftragten
Verband Ecolight (Consorzio per lo Smaltimento degli Apparecchi di Illuminazione - Verband
für die Beseitigung von gebrauchten Leuchten), der für die kostenlose Rücknahme und die
Zustellung an spezialisierte, entsprechend von den öffentlichen Verwaltungen eingerichtete
Rücknahmestellen zuständig ist, die in der Lage sind, WEEE zu verwerten, zu behandeln und
zu beseitigen. Eine gesetzwidrige oder nicht ordnungsgemäße Beseitigung dieser Altgeräte
zieht Geld- oder Verwaltungssanktionen nach sich, deren Höhe gesetzlich festgelegt ist.
N.B. Die kostenlose Rücknahme einer Leuchte kann abgelehnt werden, wenn die Gefahr einer
Kontaminierung des mit der Rücknahme beauftragten Personals besteht, oder wenn es
offensichtlich ist, dass die Leuchten die wesentlichen Bauteile nicht mehr enthalten bzw.
andere Abfälle als Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte enthalten oder dass sie mehr als das
Doppelte des Gewichts bei Neuerwerb besitzt. In diesen Fällen obliegt die Beiseitigung dem
Nutzer.
2131: Adaptateur
(réservé uniquement au rail à 1 circuit d’allumage Reggiani)
L’adaptateur doit être monté en suivant les instructions reportées cidessous.
Commencer par introduire le ressort et le curseur dans leur
logement respectif.
Effectuer le câblage électrique en respectant les indications de
ligne/phase, neutre et mise à la terre (utiliser de préférence un câble
jaune/vert).a Refermer le tout en utilisant les vis fournies.
Fixer le rail en respectant le sens de branchement (le logo doit être
tourné vers l’extérieur) puis faire pivoter l’adaptateur de 90°.
Pour le décrocher, il suffit de soulever le dispositif anti-rotation puis
de faire pivoter l’adaptateur de 90° dans le sens opposé au sens de
fixation.
Placé à côté de l’adaptateur, l’interrupteur permet d’alimenter/couper
le courant au dispositif qui lui est relié.
DEEE Les appareils d’éclairage étant par définition des DEEE (déchets d’équipements
électriques et électroniques), ils ne peuvent de ce fait être assimilés à des déchets
urbains solides. C’est pourquoi les DEEE doivent être, une fois arrivés au terme de
leur cycle de vie, convenablement traités et éliminés en raison de leur dangerosité potentielle
aussi bien pour l’environnement que pour la santé de l’homme, dangerosité qui s’explique
par la présence de substances nocives dans les composants électriques et électroniques.
L’utilisateur se voit donc dans l’obligation de remettre les appareils d’éclairage usagés au
distributeur en échange de l’achat d’un nouvel appareil équivalent ou bien, mais uniquement
sur le territoire italien, directement au Groupement pour l’élimination des appareils
d’éclairage – Ecolight – mandaté dans ce sens par la société Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione;
tous deux se chargeront gratuitement de l’enlèvement et de la remise aux points de collecte
spécialisés, dûment mis en place par les collectivités locales, qui sont responsables de la
valorisation, du traitement et de l’élimination des DEEE. L’élimination abusive ou inadéquate
de ces déchets est passible de sanctions économiques et/ou administratives dont le montant
sera fixé aux termes de la loi.
Remarque: l’enlèvement gratuit d’un appareil d’éclairage peut être refusé en cas de risque
de contamination du personnel chargé de la collecte, s’il s’avère évident que l’appareil ne
contient pas les composants essentiels ou qu’il contient des déchets autres que des DEEE ou
encore si le poids de l’appareil enlevé est supérieur au double du poids de l’appareil
nouvellement acquis. Dans tous ces cas de figure, l’élimination est à la charge du détenteur.
2131: Adaptador

El adaptador debe montarse siguiendo las instrucciones que se
describen a continuación.
Ante todo inserte el muelle y el cursor en el correspondiente
asiento.
Efectúe el cableado eléctrico respetando las indicaciones de
Línea/Fase, Neutro y Tierra (usando preferentemente un conductor
amarillo/verde).
Vuelva a cerrar todo usando los tornillos suministrados.
Para el enganche al carril, respete el sentido de acoplamiento (el
logotipo debe estar mirando hacia el exterior) y, luego, gire el
adaptador de 90°.
Para el desenganche, levante el dispositivo antirrotación y, luego,
gire el adaptador de 90° en sentido contrario respecto al de
enganche.
El interruptor, al lado del adaptador, permite suministrar/interrumpir
el suministro de corriente al dispositivo conectado con el mismo.
RAEE Los aparatos de iluminación se definen RAEE (Residuos de Aparatos Eléctricos
y Electrónicos) y, por lo tanto, no pueden considerarse residuos sólidos urbanos.
Por consecuencia, al finalizar su ciclo de vida, los RAEE deben tratarse y eliminarse
correctamente siendo aparatos de riesgo para el medio ambiente y para la salud humana por
la presencia, en sus componentes eléctricos y electrónicos, de materias peligrosas.
Por lo tanto, el usuario debe entregar los aparatos de iluminación usados al Distribuidor
(cuando compre un aparato igual nuevo) o bien directamente al Consorcio para la
Eliminación de Aparatos de Iluminación – Ecolight – (sólo en el territorio italiano), como
delegado por Reggiani S.p.A. Illuminazione, que recoge gratuitamente los aparatos y los
lleva a los centros especializados de recogida (creados por las Administraciones Públicas)
para la valorización, tratamiento y eliminación de los RAEE. En caso de eliminación ilegal o
impropia de dichos residuos, a los inobservantes se les aplicarán sanciones económicas y/o
administrativas cuyo importe se fija según la Ley.
NOTA El Consorcio puede rechazar la recogida gratuita de un aparato de iluminación en los
siguientes casos: cuando existe riesgo de contaminación del personal encargado de la
recogida; cuando el aparato no contiene los componentes esenciales o contiene residuos
que no sean RAEE; cuando el peso del aparato retirado es superior al doble del peso del
aparato nuevo comprado. En todos estos casos, la eliminación corre a cargo del poseedor
del aparato.
