Funzionamento:
La macchina banderuolatrice BS 70 trova il suo campo di applicazione nel settore dolciario, in particolare modo per il confezionamento di scatole di cioccolatini
e caramelle, ma è adatta per applicare la striscia autoadesiva su qualsiasi tipo di confezione di forma irregolare. Lavora con motori brushless per soddisfare alte
capacità di produzione e rapidi cambi formato elettronici, assicurando sempre una perfetta adesione del nastro alla scatola. Questa linea riceve le confezioni
già assemblate da un nastro di alimentazione, dopodiché un apposito gruppo di nastratura gestito da servomotori provvede a sigillarle e ad inserire il segmento
di carta neutra per l’apertura facilitata. Il tutto ad una velocità di 70 scatole/min. La stessa macchina inoltre può nastrare scatole delle più svariate forme
(rettangolare, quadra, ovale, a cuore, etc.).

The tape banding machine
BS 70 finds its position in the
confectionery field, especially in
the packaging of chocolates and
candies, but it is also suitable for
applying the self-adhesive tape on
each type of box with an irregular
shape. It is powered by brushless
motors to satisfy high-speed
productions and fast electronic size
changeovers, assuring always a
perfect sticking of the tape around
the box. This line receives the boxes
already assembled from a feeding
belt, then a special taping group
driven by servomotors seals them
and inserts the piece of neutral
paper to make the opening easier.
Everything is done at the speed
of 70 boxes/minute. The same
machine can also pack boxes
of different shapes (rectangular,
squared, oval, heart, etc.).

trouve son application dans le secteur
de la confiserie, en particulier pour le
conditionnement de boîtes de chocolats
et bonbons; tout à fait, elle est apte pour
l’application d’une bande auto adhésive
sur n’importe quel type d’emballage
ayant forme irrégulière. La machine
travaille avec des moteurs brushless,
pour satisfaire des hautes vitesses
de production et des changements
de formats électroniques rapides, en
assurant toujours une adhésion parfaite
à la boîte de la bande. Ce type de ligne
reçoit par une bande d’alimentation les
confections déjà assemblées ; après ça,
un groupe spéciale de bandage, géré
par des servomoteurs, s’occupe de
les cacheter et s’occupe de l’insertion
d’un segment de papier neutre pour
l’ouverture facile. Tout ça en travaillant
à une vitesse de 70 boîtes/min. De plus,
la même machine peut faire le bandage
de boîtes ayant les plus différentes
formes (rectangulaire, carrée, ovale, à
cœur, etc.).

máquina aplicadora de cintas BS 70
se emplea en el sector de la pastelería,
especialmente para el envasado de
cajas de bombones y caramelos, pero
también es apta para aplicar cintas
autoadhesivas en cualquier tipo de envase
de forma irregular. Trabaja con motores
brushless para brindar altas capacidades
de producción y rápidos cambios de
formato electrónicos, asegurando siempre
una adherencia perfecta de la cinta
autoadhesiva a la caja. Esta línea recibe
los envases ya ensamblados de una
cinta de alimentación, a continuación un
grupo aplicador de cintas, gestionado
por servomotores, sella los envases e
introduce el segmento de papel neutro
para la apertura facilitada. Todo esto se
realiza a una velocidad de 70 cajas/min.
La misma máquina puede aplicar cintas
a cajas de las formas más diferentes
(rectangular, cuadrada, ovalada, en forma
de corazón, etc.).

Die Banderoliermaschine BS 70 findet
im Süßwarenbereich Anwendung,
insbesondere beim Verpacken von
Pralinen- und Bonbonschachteln,
eignet sich aber zum Aufbringen
von Selbstklebeband auf jede Art
von Verpackung mit unregelmäßiger
Form. Der Antrieb erfolgt über
Brushless-Motoren, welche hohe
Produktionsleistungen und einen
schnellen, elektronisch gesteuerten
Formatwechsel
ermöglichen
und einen stets einwandfreien
Klebebandauftrag
auf
der
Schachtel sicherstellen. Die bereits
zusammengefügten Verpackungen
gelangen über ein Zuführband zur
Anlage; eine über Servomotoren
angetriebene
Klebebandeinheit
sorgt dann für die Versiegelung
und das Anbringen eines neutralen
Papierstücks als Aufreißhilfe. All dies
geschieht mit einer Leistung von 70
Schachteln/Minute. Mit derselben
Maschine können ferner Schachteln
der
verschiedensten
Formen
(rechteckig,
quadratisch,
oval,
herzförmig usw.) verklebt werden.
