__________Monday: This week in Kindergarten we will be learning about the letter “Uu”, which makes
the sound like in umbrella and up. We will also be reviewing all the letters we have worked on so far.
Please encourage your child to bring in an item that begins with one of these letter sounds on Tuesday.
Please label each small item using inventive spelling. Have your child draw a picture about the weather
on the back of this sheet. Challenge: Write a sentence about the picture.
__________Lunes: En esta semana volveremos a aprender acerca de la letra “Uu”, tal como suena en
las palabras “umbrella” (paraguas) y “up” (arriba). Repasaremos tambien todos las letras que hemos
aprendido hasta la fecha. El martes su hijo debe traer a la escuela un objecto que comience con una de
estas letras. Pegue al objeto una etiqueta con el nombre de su hijo para identificarlo. Su hijo debe, sin
ayuda de Ud. Y de la major manera que pueda, escribir el nombre del objeto. Tambien debe hacer un
dibujo del tiempo en otro papel. Desafio: describir el dibujo con una oracion.
