AGENDA
I. CALL TO ORDER/DECLARATION OF QUORUM, MARK MUENZER, CHAIR
1. 910 Hinman Avenue
Recommendation to ZBA
Jeff Scales, property owner, submits for major zoning relief for 56.6% building lot coverage for a
detached garage where a maximum 45% building lot coverage is permitted, and 56.3% was
previously approved for a carport in the R5 General Residential District.
2. 2400 Lyons Street
Recommendation to ZBA
Arturo Zamora, property owner, submits for major zoning relief for 24.4’ front yard setback
where a minimum 27’ is required, a 4.4’ street side yard setback where a minimum 15’ is
required, and a 3.4’ south interior side yard setback where a minimum 5’ is required, all for a
second story addition in the R2 Single Family Residential District.
3. WestEnd Entryway Signage
Concept Review
The WestEnd Business Association submits for concept review to install three entryway signs in
the WestEnd manufacturing district at the following intersections: on Hartrey Avenue at
Dempster Street, on Greenleaf Street at Dodge Avenue, and on Pitner Avenue at Main Street.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 5, 2015 DAPR Committee meeting.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The next DAPR meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 2:30 pm in Room 2404 of
the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center.
