1. 707 Howard Street (North Shore Cider Company)
Recommendation to ZBA
Christopher Collins, potential lessee, submits for a special use permit for a Craft Brewery in the B3
Business District.
2. 534 Main Street (Goddess & the Baker)
Recommendation to ZBA
Tamar Mizrahi Stone, architect, submits for a special use permit for a Type 2 Restaurant in the C1a
Commercial Mixed-Use District and oDM Dempster-Main Overlay District.
3. 1501 Central Street (Northwestern University)
Preliminary and Final Review
Charles Davidson submits for the reconstruction and expansion of a parking lot and landscaping at
Northwestern University’s Ryan Field West Parking Lot, in the T1 Transitional Campus District.
4. 2137 Tech Drive (Northwestern University)
Preliminary and Final Review
John Layden, project manager, submits for a building permit to install new pedestrian walkway light
fixtures and electrical conduits in the Shakespeare Garden on the main campus of Northwestern
University. The property is zoned U3, University Lakefront Campus.
5. 1015 Chicago Avenue (The Autobarn)
Concept Review
Peter Hett, representative for the owner, submits to install an 8” sound attenuating fence for an
existing vehicle dealership in the C2 Commercial District.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 8, 2016 DAPR Committee meeting.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The next DAPR meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2:30 pm in Room 2404 of the
Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center.
