AGENDA
I. CALL TO ORDER/DECLARATION OF QUORUM, MARK MUENZER, CHAIR
1. 1501 Central Street (Ryan Field-Northwestern University)
Preliminary and Final Review
Peter Nelson, architect, submits for a building permit to construct exterior improvements to the east façade
of Ryan Field football stadium. The property is zoned U2, University Athletic Facilities.
2. 609 South Boulevard
Recommendation to ZBA
Jeff Scales submits for major variation approval to convert an existing warehouse into a multiple-family
building. The applicant is requesting three variations: 1) construct 16 dwelling units where 12 dwelling units
are permitted, 2) provide 16 enclosed parking spaces where 27 parking spaces are required, and 3)
construct a 10-foot two-way drive aisle with a 46-foot double module width where a 24-foot two-way drive
aisle and 60-foot double module width are required. The property is zoned MXE, Mixed Use Employment
District.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 24, 2015 DAPR Committee meeting.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The next DAPR meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 2:30 pm in Room 2404 of the Lorraine H.
Morton Civic Center.
