Calpe looks out onto the sea just as the sea looks to the town nestling
in the base of Calpe Rock. This means an unrivalled range of water
sports on offer making it a destination par excellence for water sports
lovers. The Mediterranean climate with an annual average temperature
of 18º C and over 300 days of sunshine make it the ideal place to
enjoy activities such as sailing, rowing, kayaking, fishing, diving
and even wine-tasting in its underwater cellar.
At the foot of the Penyal d’Ifach Natural Park is the Royal Yacht
Club, the hub of water sports activities in the area. Here, both
experts and beginners can go sailing on pleasure craft with up to six
crew members. And although the star sport of the club is sailing, other
activities such as rowing, kayaking- both independently or by arranging
guided outings- can be carried out, or two types of recreational fishing:
at anchor or trolling.
Of course, Calpe is an exceptional place for diving because of its
fascinating natural setting. In fact, 25 metres down, in the depths
of its bay, one of its greatest treasures can be found, the Vina
Maris underwater wine cellar, where smooth rounded wines made
from the best Monastrell and Chardonnay vine stocks are elaborated
at a steady temperature of 14º, in total darkness and which are
characterized with a mineral hint that only the sea can bestow.
Calp mira al mar tanto como el mar mira a la villa del Peñón. Esto se
traduce en una oferta náutica incomparable que la convierte en un
destino de excelencia para todos los aficionados a los deportes marinos.
Su clima mediterráneo con una temperatura media anual de 18º C y más
de 300 días de sol al año hace de ella el lugar idóneo para disfrutar
de actividades como la vela, el remo, el kayak, la pesca, el buceo y
hasta el vino de su bodega submarina.
A los pies del Parque Natural del Penyal d’Ifach se encuentra el Real
Club Náutico, centro neurálgico de las actividades deportivas náuticas de la villa. Aquí, tanto expertos como principiantes pueden salir a
navegar en embarcaciones deportivas de hasta seis tripulantes. Y aunque
el deporte estrella del club es la vela, aquí también se puede hacer remo,
alquilar kayaks -tanto por libre como contratar excursiones con guía-,
o practicar la pesca de recreo en sus dos modalidades: a embarcación
fondeada o a curricán.
Por supuesto, Calp es un lugar extraordinario para la práctica del buceo
por su entorno natural fascinante. De hecho, es en la profundidad de
su bahía, a 25 metros bajo el agua, donde se encuentra uno de sus
tesoros, la bodega submarina Vina Maris, que elabora caldos suaves
y redondos de las mejores cepas de uva Monastrell y Chardonnay a una
temperatura constante de 14º, en ausencia total de luz y con un toque
mineral que solo el mar sabe darle.

местом для любителей парусного спорта и дарит гостям огромное количество невероятных возможностей. Благодаря средиземноморскому
климату со средней годовой температурой 18º C и более чем 300 солнечным дням в году Кальп является идеальным местом для парусного
спорта, гребли, прогулок на байдарках, рыбалки, подводного плавания и даже дегустации вин в подводном погребе. У подножия
Природного парка Пеньял д’Ифач находится Королевский Морской Клуб, являющийся главным центром морских видов спорта этого
города. Отсюда эксперты и начинающие могут выходить в море на спортивных лодках, вмещающих до шести пассажиров. Несмотря на
то, что самым популярным видом в клубе является парусный спорт, посетители также могут заниматься здесь греблей, рыболовством
(с якоря и при помощи троллинга) и брать в прокат байдарки (для самостоятельных прогулок или прогулок с гидом).
