JORNADA DE DIFUSIÓN DE PROYECTOS EUROPEOS 2016

On Wednesday, 3rd February, we held in the Room of Kabi 612 of Zamudio, Bizkaia, the 1 Event for the
Dissemintation of European Projects participated by VET centres in the Basque Country, either as coordinators or
as partners.
The event was organized by the Internationalization Area of
Tknika, in collaboration with all the associations of VET centres,
Ikaslan, Hetel and AICE, and it had two objectives:
1. To disseminate European projects
Erasmus+ KA2: the
dissemination, which is one of the aspects which es increasingly
gaining relevance, is not easy to do when you try to do it on your
own, but together with other VET centres it is easier and more
efficient.
2. To encourage VET centers, which have not yet done so up to
now, to participate in European projects in the coming years.
For this reason, the day began with a presentation by Iñigo
Araiztegi to remind the main characteristics of these projects,
specifically, the Erasmus + KA2 projects, co-financed by the EC.
After the presentation, we briefly reviewed all the projects that
would be presented later in the Roundtables.
Al in all, we had collected 20 projects from the VET centres, and
most of them were belonged to the Strategic Partnership
subprogramme , although there were some others from the Sector
Skills Alliance subprogramme. The theme of the projects was
diverse: entrepreneurship, technological developments, new methodologies, networking, etc.
We agreed to make two turns. The first 10 projects were distributed into 10 tables and along two periods of 20
minutes each. Those in charge of the dissemination had the opportunity to explain their projects to their audience.
Later, after the break, we did the same with the remaining 10 projects, so that, in the end, each project could be
explained for 40 minutes.
It is an acceptable period of time, considering that some projects
are in the final stage of implementation, with a good amount of
results and, therefore, with a lot of information to disseminate,
but other projects have recently being initiated and, although it is
interesting to comment on their characteristics and expected
products, there are no results to disseminate.
After the roundtables, we discussed the characteristics of the
event, the venue, the space and conditions, etc.
The next day, a survey was passed to the audience. Among the suggestions made, we can highlight the proposal to
repeat the event next year, to organize another event dedicated to co-creation and networking.
As a result of this dissemination day, we have open a new space in Wiggio aimed at teachers in charge of
internationalization at the basque VET centres which are involved in Erasmus+ KA2 projects. It can be a platform to
share information and to disseminate our proyect in a better way.

El miércoles día 3 de Febrero se celebró en la Sala Kabi 612 de Zamudio, Bizkaia, la 1ª Jornada de Difusión de
Proyectos Europeos KA2 participados por centros de FP del País Vasco, ya sea como coordinadores o en calidad de
socios.
La jornada fue organizada por el Área de Internacionalización de
Tknika en colaboración con todas las asociaciones de centros de
FP, Ikaslan, Hetel y AICE, y tenía un doble objetivo:
1.
Difundir los proyectos europeos Erasmus + KA2: la
difusión, que que es uno de los aspectos a los que cada
vez se da más importancia, no es fácil de realizar cuando
cada uno lo intenta hacerlo por su cuenta, pero
colaborando resulta más sencillo y eficiente.
2.
Animar a los centros de FP que aún no lo han hecho a
que se decidan a participar en proyectos europeos.
Por este motivo, la jornada comenzó con una presentación de
Iñigo Araiztegui sobre las características de los proyectos,
especificamente, los cofinanciados por la CE, Erasmus + KA2.
Al finalizar la presentación, hicimos un repaso rápido de todos los
proyectos que se iban a presentar a continuación en las Mesas
Redondas.
En total teníamos 20 proyectos para difundir, la mayoría eran del
subprogama de Strategic Partnership, aunque también había
algunos del subprograma de Sector Skills Alliance. La temática de
los proyectos era muy variada: emprendimiento, desarrollos
tecnológicos, nuevas metodologías, creación de redes, etc.
Acordamos hacer dos turnos. Los primeros 10 proyectos se distribuyeron en 10 mesas y en dos periodos de 20
minutos cada uno, los responsables de la difusión tuvieron ocasión de explicar sus proyectos a los asistentes.
Posteriormente, después del descanso, hicimos lo mismo con los 10 proyectos restantes, de modo que, al final,
cada proyecto pudo ser explicado, en total, 40 minutos.
Es un período de tiempo muy aceptable, considerando que
algunos proyectos están en su última fase de ejecución, con
varios resultados producidos y, por tanto, con mucha información
que difundir, pero otros están recién iniciados y aunque es
interesante comentar las características, se carece de resultados
que difundir.
A modo de conclusión, comentamos las características de la
convocatoria, el lugar elegido, el espacio, las condiciones, etc.
Con posterioridad, se pasó una encuesta a los asistentes. Entre las sugerencias recogidas, cabe señalar la propuesta
de repetir el evento el año que viene, de organizar alguna otra jornada dedicada a la cocreación y al networking.
Como primera consecuencia de estas jornada, se ha habilitado un espacio en Wiggio para los responsables de
internacionalización de los centros de FP implicados en proyectos Erasmus+ KA2. Puede ser una plataforma para
compartir información y difundir mejor nuestros proyectos.
