Cheetahs Twice
As Perfect
Congratulations to our Primary Gold basketball team which finished undefeated with a record of 8-0, making
them “Back to Back” Primary Basketball North Division All Catholic Conference Champions. In the last two
years the team has a record of 15-1.
Also congratulations to Cheetahs JV Baseball team as they finished undefeated with a record of 10-0, making
them “Back to Back” JV Baseball North Division All Catholic Conference Champions. In the last two years
they have not lost a game and have a record of 20-0.
Our Varsity Girls Basketball & JV Boys Flag Football teams were also undefeated and ACC Champions this
year. The Our Lady of the Lakes Cheetahs now have 4 teams that are North Division Champions in the 20132014 school year, 2 more than they had last year. Cheetahs look to finish the year strong in the Spring season
with Varsity Boys Flag Football, Varsity Girls Flag Football, Varsity Baseball, & Varsity Girls Volleyball.
8th Graders Innovate
You are surrounded by machines. Some are simple
machines, such as a ramp, while others are more
complex. When at least two simple machines are joined
together, they make a COMPOUND machine. Our
eighth graders put on their engineering hats and created
compound machines that would make work easier.

The Vocation Blessing Cup is a wonderful instrument of
prayer and devotion for our parish families. The Cup reminds
each host family that it is their responsibility to pray for and
foster vocations to the priesthood and religious life. A family
is asked to host the Vocation Cup for one week. It will travel
from home to home as a sign of our total parish commitment
to praying for vocations.

spiritual, physical, social and emotional support they need.
Members of our team are ready and willing to visit, pray with and
