Registration for Faith Formation, 1st Communion
and Confirmation will be on Sundays, August 28
and September 11, 18 & 25 from 11:00 AM - 1:30
PM in the Parish Hall. Those students who are
making Sacraments, please bring a copy of the
baptism certificates. Classes for Faith Formation
begin on September 14 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM and
there will be a Parent Orientation at this time. All
parents must attend. We will not register on that
day. Parent Orientation for 1st Communion will be
on September 29 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. Please
bring your child’s baptism certificate to this
meeting.

Worship Ministry
Ministerio Litúrgico
Music is one of the many great gifts given to us by
our Heavenly Father. It is essential to the very
nature of the Mass and it aids us in full, conscious
and active participation. We are extremely blessed
to have several talented musicians here, at our
parish. I would like to invite you to become part of
our wonderful music ministry. We will begin
rehearsals on Tuesday, September 13 in the
Chapel. English Choir will be at 6:00 PM, and
Spanish Choir will be at 7:00 PM. It is my hope
that our music will lead us all to participate in the
liturgy with our own hearts and voices.
La música es uno de los grandes regalos que nos
ha dado nuestro Padre Celestial, es en esencia la
verdadera naturaleza de la Misa y nos ayuda a
participar consciente y activamente. Somos
bendecidos de tener muchos talentos musicales
aquí, en nuestra parroquia. Me gustaría invitarlos a
ser parte de nuestro maravilloso ministerio
musical. Empezaremos nuestros ensayos el martes
13 de septiembre en la Capilla. El coro en Inglés

A Series on the Book of Acts
Living out the Gospel in the world today is seen as
counter-cultural, radical, or even a bit dangerous. But
hasn’t this always been the case? Has anything
changed from the way the early Church struggled and
celebrated? From the experience of conversion in the
face of persecution to the missionary journeys that call
us beyond our comfort zones we have more in
common with the first century followers of Jesus than
we may realize. Join Confirmation II and Adore
Ministries this semester as we experience the
“Dangerous Church” from the book of Acts to our
present day story of faith with powerful worship, a
relevant
teaching,
and
Eucharistic
Adoration. Wednesday, September 7 at 7:00 PM at
