Construcción en acero inox 18/10 AISI-304. Todos los modelos son con funcionamiento a gas y quemadores independientes con válvula de seguridad. Con el motor en la parte
inferior, protegido del calor. Práctico sistema que permite regular la distancia entre la espada y el quemador. Con diseño concebido en formato angular con amplios radios para
facilitar la limpieza. Con bandeja inferior extraible de recogida de aceite. Se suministra de série una pala-cortadora de carne.

Tous les modèles fonctionnent au gaz et les
brûleurs sont indépendants avec soupape de
sûreté. Le moteur est situé dans la partie
inférieure, protégé de la chaleur.
Système pratique permettant de régler la distance
entre la broche et le brûleur. Plateau lèchefrite
inférieur amovible. Une pelle coupe-viande est
fournie de série.
D Edelstahlkonstruktion 18/10 AISI-304. Sämtliche
Modelle sind gasbetrieben und verfügen über
voneinander unabhängige Brenner mit
Sicherheitsventil. Der Motor befindet sich im
unteren Bereich, wärmegeschützt. Das praktische
System ermöglicht es, den Abstand zwischen Spieß
und Brenner einzustellen. Mit einem Design im
Winkelformat, mit weiten Radien zur einfacheren
Reinigung. Mit unterer, herausnehmbarer
Ölfangwanne. Eine Fleischschneideschaufel wird
serienmäßig mitgeliefert.
