• Varón de 47a.
• Seminoma bilateral operado hace 2a
• estadioIV (masa med, perirrenal y
retroper,destrucción rama púbica der)
• Rastreo oseo: capta nivel costal, 1/3 distal
femur,1/3 distal tibia
• 4 ciclos de QT: remisión completa
• 15m fr patológica en húmero der y M+ cutáneas
• QT+RT: progresión de enfermedad (cutan y óseo)

• Presentación estadio avanzado- curso agresivo(-1a)
• Inmunofenotipo: +:CD138,CD38,Vs38c, MUM1
