Beim Umbau auf obige Ausführungen sind grundsätzlich
drei Bauteile zu tauschen, wobei hierfür möglichst der
25-µm-Tank benutzt wird (kürzester Weg des Strahlsandes).
En la transformación para las ejecuciones arriba indicadas
es necesario recambiar en principio tres piezas. Siempre
que sea posible se deberá emplear para ello el depósito
de 25 µm (distancia más corta entre depósito y tobera).
1. Strahldüsen
1. Tobera de chorreado
Strahldüse im Handstück gegen die mitgelieferte
Strahldüse austauschen.
Cambiar la tobera de chorreado que se encuentra en la
pieza de mano por la tobera de chorreado adjunta.
2. Tubo elevador
2. Steigrohr
• Desconectar el aparato (enchufe de red).
• Retirar la conexión de aire comprimido.
• Purgar de aire el depósito de chorreado (válvula en la
tapa del depósito).
• Desatornillar la pared dorsal del aparato junto con la
tapa de la caja.
• Desenroscar la tapa del depósito, vaciar el depósito de
chorreado o aspirar el contenido, respectivamente. ¡El
depósito tiene que estar completamente vaciado!
• Desenroscar / desatornillar el tubo elevador original,
utilizando un destornillador apropiado o una llave tubular
de 10 mm, aplicar el tubo elevador adjunto y atornillarlo /
enroscarlo correspondientemente.
• Enroscar de nuevo la tapa del depósito (con anillo
obturador).

Druckluftanschluss entfernen.
Strahltank entlüften (Ventil auf Tankdeckel).
Geräterückwand mit Gehäusedeckel abschrauben.
Tankdeckel aufschrauben, Strahltank entleeren bzw.
aussaugen. Der Tank muss absolut sandfrei sein !
• Original-Steigrohr mit geeignetem Schraubenzieher oder
Steckschlüssel (10 mm) herausschrauben, mitgeliefertes Steigrohr einsetzen und festschrauben.
• Tankdeckel (mit Dichtring) wieder festschrauben.
3. Einblasdüse (Injektor)
• Schwarzen Luftschlauch und Original-Einblasdüse am
umzubauenden Strahltank losschrauben, Strahlsand
sorgfältig entfernen.
• Mitgelieferte Einblasdüse (Injektor) mit neuer Dichtung
(weiß) einschrauben und schwarzen Luftschlauch
wieder anbringen.
• Geräterückwand und Gehäusedeckel montieren.
• Strom und Druckluftverbindung wiederherstellen, umgebauten Strahltank auf Funktion und Dichtigkeit prüfen
(ohne Strahlsand !).
3. Inyector
¡Importante!
Todos los puntos de montaje (atornilladuras, enroscamientos, racores, superficies de estanqueización, etc.)
tienen que estar absolutamente limpias y exentas de
arena.

Alle Montagestellen (Verschraubungen, Dichtflächen
etc.) müssen absolut sandfrei und sauber sein.

• Desenroscar en el depósito de chorreado a transformar
el tubo negro flexible de aire y el inyector original,
eliminar cuidadosamente el material abrasivo.
• Enroscar el inyector adjunto con una nueva junta
(blanca) y aplicar de nuevo el tubo flexible de aire de
color negro.
• Montar la pared dorsal y la tapa de la caja.
• Restablecer las conexiones de corriente y de aire
comprimido. Verificar en el depósito de chorreado
transformado el funcionamiento y la estanqueidad (¡sin
material abrasivo!).

When converting to the above-mentioned versions there
are basically three components that need exchanging, the
25 µm tank should be used for this if possible (the shortest
route for the abrasive).
Pour transformer l’appareil comme ci-dessus mentionné,
il faut toujours changer trois pièces et pour ce faire utiliser
de préférence le réservoir de 25 µm (chemin le plus court
pour l’abrasif).
Per la trasformazione dell’apparecchio nella versione
sopra-indicata devono essere sostituiti tre componenti. Si
consiglia di effettuare la modifica nel serbatoio da 25 µm
(distanza più corta tra serbatoio e ugello).

Exchange the nozzle already in the handpiece for the nozzle
supplied.
La buse de sablage livrée doit être échangée de la pièce à
main contre l’ancienne.
Sostituire l’ugello del manipolo con quello fornito in
dotazione.

• Débrancher l’appareil (fiche sur secteur).
• Enlever l’alimentation en air comprimé.
• Désaérer le silo de sablage (soupape sur le couvercle
du silo).
• Dévisser la paroi arrière de l’appareil et le couvercle du
boîtier.
• Dévisser le couvercle du silo, enlever ou aspirer le sable
se trouvant dans le silo. Il faut absolument qu’il n’y ait
plus de trace de sable dans le silo !
• Dévisser la conduite montante originale avec un tournevis
approprié ou bien à l’aide d’une clé à douille (10 mm), la
remplacer par la conduite montante livrée et visser à fond.
• Bien revisser le couvercle du silo avec son anneau
d’étanchéité).
• Spegnere l’apparecchio (staccare la spina dalla presa).
• Interrompere il collegamento all’aria compressa.
• Disaerare il serbatoio di sabbia (valvola sul coperchio
del serbatoio).
• Svitare il pannello posteriore e rimuoverlo con il
coperchio della scatola.
• Svitare il coperchio del serbatoio. Svuotare il serbatoio
versando o aspirando la sabbia. Il serbatoio deve essere
assolutamente privo di sabbia !
• Rimuovere il tubo di mandata originale con una cacciavite o una chiave a tubo (10 mm). Inserire ed avvitare il
nuovo tubo.
• Avvitare il coperchio del serbatoio con l’anello di tenuta
inserito.
3. Injecteur
3. Ugello iniettore
• Dévisser de sur le silo de sablage à transformer le tuyau
à air noir et l’injecteur d’origine. Enlever avec soin l’abrasif.
• Visser l’injecteur livré avec nouveau joint (blanc) et
replacer le tuyau à air noir.
• Monter la paroi arrière de l’appareil et le couvercle du
boîtier.
• Rétablir l’alimentation électrique et l’air comprimé, et
vérifier le bon fonctionnement et l’étanchéité du silo
transformé (sans abrasif !).
• Rimuovere il tubo dell’aria nero e svitare l’ugello iniettore
originale sul serbatoio da modificare. Eliminare accuratamente tutti i residui di sabbia.
• Avvitare l’ugello iniettore fornito in dotazione con un
nuovo anello di tenuta (bianco) inserito. Rimontare il
tubo dell’aria nero.
• Montare il pannello posteriore ed il coperchio della scatola.
• Ricollegare l’apparecchio alla corrente elettrica e all’aria
compressa. Controllare la funzionalità e la tenuta del
serbatoio modificato (senza sabbia !).
Switch off the unit (at the main socket).
Disconnect the compressed air supply.
Vent the air in the tank (via the valve on the tank lid).
Unscrew the back of the unit including the lid of the
housing.
• Unscrew the tank lid, empty or vacuum out the tank contents. The tank must be absolutely free from abrasive !
• Unscrew the original standpipe with a suitable screwdriver or key (10 mm). Replace it with the standpipe
supplied and screw in tightly.
• Screw the tank lid (including seal) back on.
3. Injector nozzle
• Unscrew the black air tube and original injector nozzle on
the tank to be converted and carefully remove the
abrasive.
• Screw in the supplied injector nozzle with the new (white)
seal and replace the black air tube.
• Replace the housing lid and back.
• Reconnect the unit to the electricity and compressed air
supplies. Check that the converted tank works and that it
does not leak.
Important !
All the components (screws, sealing surfaces, etc.) must
be absolutely free from abrasive and clean.

Toutes les pièces de montage (raccords vissés, surfaces
d’étanchéité, etc.) ne doivent en aucun cas avoir été mis
en contact avec du sable et doivent être propres.
