ideales de crecimiento: ricos valles y regiones
húmedas. AROTZ realiza la mejor selección
de setas silvestres y de cultivo. Tras un
esmerado proceso de localización y selección
se procede a eliminarles la tierra
manualmente, al lavado meticuloso y a su
p o s t e r i o r p r e p a ra c i ó n : c o n s e r va ,
deshidratación, ultracongelación (IQF).
Dentro de la amplia gama de AROTZ
destacamos la Chantarella, la Senderilla, la
Carbonera, el Rovellón, la Seta de Cardo y
nuestra famosa mezcla de setas.

Mushrooms find here the perfect allies for growth. At
AROTZ we select the best from among all the varieties
of wild and cultivated mushrooms. After a careful
location and selection process they are manually
cleaned, meticulously washed and prepared for
subsequent deep-freezing (IQF), natural bottling or
dehydrating.
Among the wide range of AROTZ we point up
Chanterelle, Fairy Ring Mushrooms, Dingy Agaric,
Saffron Milk Cap, Pleurotus eryngii, and our famous
woodland harvest.

Les champignons trouvent ici des conditions idéales
pour croître : riches vallées, régions humides. Chez
AROTZ nous sélectionnons les meilleurs champignons
sauvages et cultivés. Les champignons soigneusement
choisis sont dépourvus manuellement de la terre,
minutieusement lavés et puis préparés pour être
ultrasurgelés (IQF), mis en conserve au naturel ou
déshydrates.
Parmi la grande variété de champignons que nous
proposons, signalons les Girolles, les Faux Mousserons,
les Grisets, les Lactaires, les Pleurotes du Panicaut et
notre renommée poêlée des champignons.
