Research Interest Last Papers
Food safety focus on biologic hazard, foodborne pathogens specially emerging microorganisms such as L. monocytogenes, identifying dissemination sources in order to design strategies for its control at food industrial level. Biologic risk analysis. Lately, my interest has been directed towards the study of sources of Salmonella spp y L. monocytogenes contamination on all stages of pork production chain in order to reduce prevalence of this microorganisms using intervention strategies. Additionally, we are working on antimicrobial susceptibility of pathogens strains to establish multi-­‐
resistances.
