Il vulcanizzatore per gomme modello SUPER è una macchina universale dotata di
piastra riscaldante superiore con pistone discendente ed è adattata per la realizzazione di matrici in gomma organica naturale e in gomma siliconica.
La robustissima struttura in acciaio di notevole spessore ed il considerevole diametro delle
piastre riscaldanti consentono la vulcanizzazione di staffe tonde di notevoli diametri e spessori.
Il vulcanizzatore super è dotato di pannello strumentazione completo di interruttore generale luminoso, timer 0-60 minuti, spia di controllo, termostato e termometro.
Features
SUPER Vulcanising machine is equipped with upper heating plate with descending ram
and it is proper to the realization of matrix in natural organic rubber and silicone rubber.
Very strong structure iron-made and generous diameter of the heating elements allow the
vulcanization of round molds of big diameters and thickness.
SUPER has a panelboard with main backlighted switch, 0-60 minutes time switch, checking
light, thermostat and thermometer.

Le Vulcanisateur modèle SUPER est equipé avec superieur de réchauffement avec
piston plongeur et c’est approprié à la réalisation de moules en caoutchouch organique
naturel et siliconique.
La robuste structure réalisée en acier de remarquable épaisseur et le diametre des
plateaux de réchauffement permettent la vulcanisation de moules rondes de grandes
diamètres et èpaisseurs.
Le vulcanizateur SUPER a un panneu d’instrumentation complet de interrupteur
générale lumineux, minuterie à 60 minutes, voyante de controle, thermostat et
thermomètre.

El Vulcanizador para gomas modelo SUPER es una máquina universal dotado de una
plancha de calentamiento superior con pistón descendente y es apto para la realización
de matrices en goma orgánica natural y goma siliconada.
La robustísima estructura de acero de gran espesor y el considerable diámetro de las planchas de
calentamiento consienten la vulcanización de moldes redondos de diámetros y espesores
notables.
El vulcanizador SUPER está dotado de un panel de instrumentos compuesto por interruptor
general luminoso, timer 0-60 minutos, indicador de control, termostato y termómetro.

Super Vulkanisierpresse ist eine Vielzweckmaschine und hat eine Oberheizungsplatte
absteigendem Kolben und ist für die Verwirklichung Matrizen aus natürlichen organischen
Gummi und aus Silikonsgummi.
Die sehr starke Struktur aus dickem Stahl und der weite Durchmesser der Heizungsplatten
gestatten die Vulkanisierung Rundbügeln von weitem Durchmesser und große Dicke.
Super Vulkanisierpresse hat ein Gerätsfeld mit einem leuchtenden Hauptschalter, Timer 0-60
Minuten, eine Kontrollampe, Thermostat und Thermometer.
