SUPER è un eccezionale gruppo di potenza,
realizzato in una fusione di ghisa, al cui interno
sono alloggiati il motore elettrico ventilato protetto
da sensori termici, il riduttore con i suoi
componenti meccanici immersi in bagno d’olio e
un sistema di finecorsa a regolazione micrometrica
di estrema precisione.
SUPER movimenta cancelli che possono
raggiungere un peso di 3600 Kg.
Una volta installato non richiede una
manutenzione assidua, ma solo qualche controllo
una-tantum per rendere l’automatismo sempre
efficente.
In più di trent’anni di storia SUPER ha subito
minime variazioni, per lo più estetiche, e rimane
tutt’oggi uno dei prodotti RIB più conosciuti e
rinomati in tutto il mondo.
Grazie alla meccanica sovradimensionata ed al
sistema di ventilazione, SUPER permette di essere
applicato a cancelli scorrevoli dall’utilizzo
particolarmente intensivo e gravoso.

SUPER es un grupo de potencia excepcional,
realizado con una fusión de hierro colado, en cuyo
interior se alojan el motor eléctrico ventilado
protegido por sensores térmicos, el reductor con
sus componentes mecánicos sumergidos en baño
de aceite y un sistema de final de carrera con
regulación micrométrica de extrema precisión.
SUPER desplaza rejas que pueden alcanzar un
peso de 3600 Kgs.
Una vez instalado no requiere de mantenimiento
frecuente, solo de algún control de vez en cuando
para mantener el automatismo siempre eficiente.
En más de treinta años de historia SUPER ha
sufrido variaciones mínimas, principalmente de
carácter estético y sigue siendo, hasta la fecha,
uno de los productos RIB más conocidos y
renombrados en todo el mundo.
Gracias a la mecánica sobredimensionada y al
sistema de ventilación, SUPER puede ser aplicado
a rejas corredizas de utilización particularmente
intensa y pesada.

SUPER 6000 è un indistruttibile gruppo di potenza
al cui interno sono alloggiati il riduttore con i suoi
componenti meccanici immersi in bagno d’olio,
una turbina oleodinamica che consente di ottenere
delle partenze graduali, il riduttore, due finecorsa
corazzati stagni indipendenti e un elettrofreno che
permette di bloccare l’anta a fine corsa eliminando
l’inerzia dei cancelli o portoni più pesanti.
SUPER 6000 può movimentare cancelli che
possono raggiungere un peso di 6 tonnellate.
Una volta installato non richiede una
manutenzione assidua, ma solo qualche controllo
una-tantum per rendere l’automatismo sempre
efficiente.
The virtually indestructible SUPER 6000 unit
made of cast iron, houses a fan-cooled electric
motor protected by heat sensors, a reducer with its
mechanical components immersed in an oil bath,
hydraulic turbine (for gradual start-up), two
independent watertight limit switches and electric
brake (to stop the leaf at the end of stroke, thereby
eliminating inertia generated). SUPER 6000 is
designed to operate gates weighing up to 6 tons.
Once installed, the unit only requires occasional
maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient
service.
SUPER 6000 es un grupo de potencia
indestructible en cuyo interior están alojados el
reductor con sus componentes mecánicos
sumergidos en baño de aceite, una turbina
hidráulica que permite obtener potencias
progresivas, el reductor, dos finales de carrera
acorazados herméticos independientes y un freno
electrónico que permite el bloqueo de la hoja al
final de la carrera eliminando la inercia de las rejas
o portones más pesados.
SUPER 6000 puede desplazar rejas que alcanzan
un peso de 6 toneladas.
Una vez instalado no requiere de mantenimiento

größtenteils auf die Ästhetik beschränkten. Der
Antrieb ist weltweit auch heute noch eines der
bekanntesten RIB-Produkte.
Dank der überdimensionierten Mechanik und des
Belüftungssystems kann SUPER an Schiebetoren
mit besonders hoher Benutzungsfrequenz und unter
schwierigen Bedingungen installiert werden.
