Cosmo Tires
Cosmo Tires’ main objective is to deliver “High

Our engineers make sure the quality of our
Cosmo Tires meet and exceed our customer’s
expectations. We are confident Cosmo Tires will
fulfill your needs and allow you to have a brand

Warranty
All Cosmo Tires are guaranteed against manufacture
and material defects. In the event of premature
failure caused by such defects, we will prorate
said tire based on the tread depth remaining at
the time of failure and apply the credit towards
a new Cosmo tire. Cosmo Tires will not be held
responsible for any downtime or damage caused
by misuse or improper application of its products.
All Cosmo Tires meet or exceed U.S. Department of
Transportation requirements as well as ISO 9001
standards.
Casing Allowance
In normal highway service and off-road service,
if within three years of date of manufacture a
Cosmo truck tire becomes unserviceable and is
not retreadable due to an adjustable condition in
the casing, or if it does not provide one (1) retread
of service, it is eligible for the applicable casing
allowance.
What is not Covered?
ADJUSTMENTS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR:
A. Tires that become unserviceable due to:
i. Conditions resulting from road hazards, such as
(A) impact damage, (B) cuts, (C) snags, or (D)
punctures.
ii. Conditions such as, but not limited to, uneven,
supping, spotty, feathering tread wear resulting
from (A) improper installation, (B) wheel
misalignment, (C) tire/sheel assembly imbalance,
(D) use of improper rim, (E) improper mounting or
dismounting or (F) misapplication.
iii. Conditions resulting from consumer damage, such
as (A) improper tire and vehicle maintenance, (B)
misuse, (C) abuse, (D) accident, (E) underinflation,
(F) overloading, (G) over deflection, (H) failure to
follow recommended rotation practices.
B. Tires that are:
i. Installed on any vehicle other than the vehicle on
which they were first installed.
ii. Altered in any manner (additional siping, buffing,
stud pin holes, re-grooving, truing, etc.)
iii. Improperly repaired or with repairs not conforming
to the Rubber Manufacture’s Association standards.

nuestros clientes. Estamos confiados que las llantas
Cosmo cubrirán sus necesidades y le permitirán

Garantía
Todos los productos Cosmo están garantizados
contra defectos de fabricación y/o materiales. En caso
de fallas prematuras por consecuencia directa de
dichos defectos, Cosmo Tires aceptará reclamos por
la porción de la llanta que no haya sido utilizada. El
crédito será aplicado contra una llanta nueva. Cosmo
Tires no será responsable por perjuicios, pérdidas o
daños causados por el mal uso o desconocimiento de
sus productos.
Garantía de Carcasa
En servicio de carretera y fuera de ella, si a 3 años de la
fecha de fabricación una llanta Cosmo se vuelve inservible y
no se puede recapar debido a una condición de ajuste en la
carcasa, o si no le provee un (1) recape en servicio, la llanta
será elegible para recibir el costo de una carcasa.
¿Qué No Cubre la Garantía?
NO SE HARÁN AJUSTES EN:
A. Llantas inservibles debido a:
i. Condiciones que resulten de condiciones de carretera
peligrosas, como (A) daño por impacto, (B) cortes,
(C) grietas, o (D) punciones.
ii. Condiciones como, pero no limitadas a, desgaste
disparejo o parcial de la banda de rodamiento como
resultado de (A) la instalación inapropiada, (B)
la desalineación de los llantas, (C) el desbalance
por ensamblado incorrecto de la llanta, (D) el uso
inapropiado del rin, (E) la instalación o desinstalación
inapropiada o (F) la mala aplicación.
iii. Condiciones que resulten del daño del consumidor,
como (A) el mantenimiento inapropiado de la llanta
y del vehiculo, (B) el mal uso, (C) el abuso, (D) el
accidente, (E) el insuficiente inflado, (F) la sobrecarga,
(G) el sobre inflado, (H) el fallo en no seguir las
prácticas de rotación recomendadas.
B. Llantas que hayan sido:
i. Instaladas en otro vehiculo que no sea el vehiculo
donde fueron instalados originalmente.
ii. Alteradas en alguna manera (como cortes en sus
costados, raspados, tacos en la carcasa o vueltas a
dibujar, etc…)
iii. Reparadas inapropiadamente o siguiendo reparaciones
que no cumplen con los estándares de la Asociación
de Fabricantes de Hule (Rubber Manufacture’s
Association).
