When does the Pope celebrate Christmas Midnight Mass? If you said MIDNIGHT you'd be wrong!
Pope Benedict XVI and Pope Francis have both CHANGED the mes to an earlier hour to accommodate the crowds and not to exhaust themselves for the
next day. Last year Pope Francis celebrated Christmas Eve Mass in St. Peter's at
9:30pm!!!!
Before my arrival in July, our Worship team had been deba ng WHEN we
should celebrate OUR Midnight Mass. They were concerned with the DECREASING a endance over the past several years at this late Mass. With their
input I have agreed to move our Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve to 10:00 pm
and this will become a CANDLELIGHT MASS. So if someone asks you WHEN
is Saint Clement's Midnight Mass you can smile at them and say 10:00 pm!!!!

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone that helped in any way with the Founders
Day Picnic. There were so many of you that
started your day at 9:00 am and ended at
2:30 pm. A special thank you to Buddy and
Nancy Thurow for an awesome job, to Tony D
for slaving over the hot grill and s ll smiling,
and our wonderful DJ, Julio Lopez. Our
youth were just wonderful. Thank you so
much to all our hard working volunteers.
Even with the threat of rain, the picnic went
on and it was a blast. The food was delicious
and plen ful. The games were so much fun.
Gatherings are so important because they
give us a chance to socialize with our church
friends, play games like musical chairs, tossing water balloons, hula hooping, dancing,
making friends, and simply having fun.
Thank you for a ending and being a
part of the Founders Day Picnic!
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED
The Angel Tree is an annual project of St. Clement and an
opportunity for us to bring the love of Christ to the less
fortunate of our parish community during the Christmas
Season.
Star ng next weekend, the Angel Tree will be to the le of
the altar with angel tags, green for boys and red for girls.
Parishioners are invited to take as many angel tags as they
would like from the tree and purchase the suggested gi
or one similar.

¡Cuando es que el Papa celebra la Misa de Navidad de medianoche? ¡Si dijeron
MEDIANOCHE están equivocados!
El Papa Benedicto XVI y el Papa Francisco han CAMBIADO el empo para un
horario mas temprano para acomodar a la mul tud de gente y no agotarse a si
mismo para el día siguiente. ¡¡¡El año pasado el Papa Francisco celebremos a
Misa de noche buena en San Pedro a las 9:30pm!!!
Antes de mi llegada en julio, nuestro equipo de adoración había estado debaendo cuando deberíamos celebrar nuestra misa de medianoche . Ellos estaban concertados del bajo numero de personas que asis a a esta Misa en los
úl mos años. Tome su sugerencia y he accedido a mover nuestra Misa de Medianoche de Navidad a las 10:00 pm y esta se conver rá en una MISA DE VELAS . Así que si alguien le pregunta CUANDO es la Misa de medianoche en San
Clemente puede sonreír y decirles 10:00pm!!!!

NECESITAMOS SU AYUDA
El árbol del Ángel es un Proyecto anual de San Clemente
donde nos da la oportunidad de compar r el amor de
Cristo con los menos afortunados de nuestra comunidad
parroquial durante esta temporada de Navidad.
Comenzando el próximo fin de semana, el árbol del Ángel estará a mano izquierda del altar con e quetas, azul
para niños y rojas para niñas. Invitamos a todos los feligreses a que tomen cuantas e quetas quieran y que
compren el regalo sugerido o algo similar.
Les pedimos amablemente que
regresen el regalo envuelto con
la e queta del ángel bajo el árbol de Navidad en la
Iglesia para el domingo, 7 de diciembre.
