Rodrigo started and integrated the Company as a professional team of financial, real estate, governmental compliance and other real estate management and development specialists committed to provide solutions to
every real estate challenge, from site identification, conceptual design, land
use approvals, architectural and engineering studies and construction packages, through financing, conswtructing, leasing and maintaining the property as an active part of a real estate portfolio. The cornerstone of every
project managed by RIVIERA POINT DEVELOPMENT GROUP is the due diligence and feasibility analysis, always focused on risk management as the
key to successful projects or investments.
Dania is an attorney by training with deep experience in corporate law. She
worked in the public sector at the Comisión Nacional de Valores in Venezuela (equivalent to the Securities Exchange Commission in the US) and as
Référendaires at a Civil Court, assisting judges in researching issues before
the court and in writing opinions. In both positions, Dania performed in very
demanding environments with tight deadlines.
With master’s degrees in both Architecture and Project Management, and
as a LEED AP, Eduardo brings insightful hands-on construction and development expertise to the Riviera Point Development Group.
Rodrigo has a Law Degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela and has 14 years of real estate legal practice and international laws.
He is a member of the worldwide-recognized PMI and has been directly responsible in the management of over $180,000,000 of Land Developments
projects for about 1 million square feet of office space in seven different
locations in the State of Florida.
He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), with over
$44,000,000 in completed land transactions. The CCIM de-signation is
considered the most prestigious of all Real Estate de-signations. Often referred to as the PhD of Commercial Real Estate, a practitioner must not only
demonstrate educational mastery but also a depth of real world commercial
real estate experience and expertise. Only 6% of all Commercial Real Estate
practitioners in the US are CCIM’s designees.
Taking time out of the workforce to focus on raising two boys, Enrique Alejandro 17 and Samuel Andrés 11, Dania remained active supporting her
husband Rodrigo in his entrepreneurial initiatives. Today, she puts her experience and commitment to work guiding the Public Relations and Philanthropic activities of Riviera Point Development Group.

Currently, Eduardo is working as Project Manager for the Professional Center at Riviera Point in which he also has rendered LEED Consultancy Services. Eduardo is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he earned a
Master of Project Management (MPM). He also holds a Master of Architecture from the IIT of Chicago, Illinois. In 2009, He became a LEED Accredited
Professional. His Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture was earned at the prestigious Universidad Simón Bolívar, Caracas-Venezuela.

Judy is a bilingual Financial Controller for Real Estate Development projects,
dominates all financial management aspects and the administrative control of all daily transactions. In addition she keeps control of all investors
information and status in connection with activities of the approval process
of EB-5 Visas for the different projects.
Carlos Jose is the most recent addition to our team; he holds a MBA in Business Management from St. Thomas University and brings over 15 years
experience in Real Estate Development specializing in Finance. He has been
involved in over 400 Real Estate transactions including acquisitions & dispositions in excess of $100 million dollars as well as structuring the Finance
component in developments by securing loans for over $60 million dollars.
In top of his local experience in Florida he has also developed several projects in Latin America.
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a dual major in Finance
and International Management from American University in Washington,
DC. She graduated summa magna cum laude from Marymount University
earning her Master’s in Business Technologies.
A long time resident of New York city, Dan is originally from China and
emigrated to the United States in 1997. Dan attended Fashion Institute of
Technology where she earned her Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandise Management.
Patricia is responsible for marketing and leasing activities in the property
and ultimately to fill vacancies. She also understands what attracts tenants,
and ensures optimal cash flow for the owners.
Patricia worked in the Hospitality Industry for over a decade at the wellrecognized brand Starwood. During her time here she was responsible for
the coordination of the events for the Hotel and its guests. Her positive
attitude and charisma allowed her to grow in the company and obtain numerous awards and recognition.
Having grown up as a diplomat’s daughter has given her the opportunity
to travel the world and have a multi cultural approach to business. She is
fluent in English, Spanish and French, with knowledge of Portuguese, Italian, and Romanian.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Dan’s career spans a wealth of international expertise. Prior to service as Global Marketing Director for RPDG,
she worked at a New York based-law firm in the business development
department.
Prior to joining RPDG she worked in several international companies in international business development with focus on systems, technology and
international markets. Currently at RPDG as Marketing Director she speaks
frequently on the companies EB5 projects to international audiences at
conferences and seminars.
Her strong legal and commercial business/real estate experience made her
a tremendous asset to RPDG and the investor clients she serves.
She is married and has two children. She is very sociable and loves to entertain.
She has made it her personal mission to provide a safe harbor for investors
through integrity, and her own first-hand immigration experience with the
potential challenges typical immigrants face.

FL. With this background he is able to analyze an investment from various
angles whether is residential, commercial, or mixed-use. The growth of our
company has made it necessary to bring a professional like Carlos Jose to
evaluate, structure, and secure new development opportunities that are in
concordance to the mission and vision of Riviera Point Development Group
as our Finance Manager.
As such, she oversees day-to-day investor management in addition to supporting attorneys and migration agents in regards to investment and EB5-related matters. Dan regularly attends EB-5 Conferences and Seminars
and speaks frequently on RPDG projects to an international audience.
