Attention all Parents of current enrolled students with siblings interested in attending the
2013-2014 School Year:
You need to fill an application on the website or in the
Front Office!!!
If you are interested in applying for any siblings of current enrolled students please stop by the
front office and bring the birth certificate of the sibling to Ms. Diaz or Ms De la Rosa. The staff
will match the birth certificate to the current student to confirm sibling status and then place that
sibling on a Sibling List. This list will be provided to administrators at the time of the lottery and
these students will have first opportunity for the available spaces. This is not a guarantee that
your child will be accepted. This is only giving them the first option to any available space.
The deadline to verify sibling status is Friday, March 15th.
Siblings wanting to enroll in Kindergarten must be 5 on the first day of school.
Please remember that there is NO EXCEPTION to this deadline under ANY circumstance.
***Parents please remember if you are dropping your students off after
8:15am you MUST come in and sign your student in ***

This Friday, February 15, 2013. We will be having a family event for the
book fair. It is Books with Breakfast. We will be serving breakfast in the
meeting room and then having families come to the book fair. It will run from
7:30 am to 9:00 am.
Movie Night
The Drama Club will be hosting a “Witchy Double Feature” this Friday February
15th, starting at 5:00 pm. We will be showing Hocus Pocus and The Witches.
Costumes are encouraged. Tickets will be $2.00 per person. There will also be a
combo pack for $5.00. That gives you admission, 1 popcorn & 1 drink.
Concessions will be sold. Please come out and support the Drama Club and our
first ever production… Cinderella and the Fairy Godfather’s Spell.
Rehearsal for the play Cinderella and the Fairy Godfather's Spell will be on Mondays
and Thursdays from 4:00-5:00. If you are a cast member please make your payment of
$10 at the front office for the Script Fee.
…..NO more after school library volunteers until further notice.
Play performances will be March 22nd at 7:00 pm and March 23rd at 2:30
pm and 6:00 pm
We have lots of items in the Lost & Found! Please stop by the cafeteria and
see if you child has misplaced any items. Items will be donated to charity
after this Friday, February 15th.

Help make BIG change for kids with leukemia!!!!
We will be collecting money to donate to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Bring all your spare change to help fill your class’ donation box.
When: February 4th through the 22th
Where: In your homeroom or DEAR class.
Our goal: $2013.
The class that collects the most at the end of three weeks will win a yummy Pasta
Party from Olive Garden!
** With all the cold weather we are having, we are using more tissues. If you
want to donate some boxes to the school bring them to the front office and
your child will receive PRS Points**
If your children have any food allergies or special dietary needs
please fill out the these forms and have them signed by a
Medical professional. All forms can be turned in to the front
office. Thank you.

Atención a todos los padres de los actuales alumnos matriculados con hermanos
interesados en asistir al Año Escolar 2013-2014:
USTED TIENE QUE PASAR NUESTRA OFICINA Y LLENA UNA
APLICACIÓN!
Si usted está interesado en solicitar para algún hermano de los actuales estudiantes matriculados
por favor pase por la oficina y lleve el certificado de nacimiento del hermano a la Sra. Díaz o
Mrs. De la Rosa. El personal coincidirá con el certificado de nacimiento para el estudiante actual
para confirmar el estado hermano y luego colocar ese hermano en una lista. Esta lista se
proporcionará a los administradores en el momento de la lotería y los estudiantes tendrán la
primera oportunidad para los espacios disponibles. Esto no es una garantía de que su hijo será
aceptado. Esto sólo es darles la primera opción para cualquier espacio disponible.
La fecha límite para verificar el estado de los hermanos es el viernes, 15 de marzo.
Hermanos que deseen inscribirse en el Kínder deben tener 5 años el primer día de clases.
Por favor, recuerde que no hay excepción a este plazo en ningún caso.

Noche de cine
El Club de Teatro será el anfitrión de una noche de cine , este VIERNES 15
de febrero, a partir de las 5:00 pm. Estaremos mostrando Hocus Pocus y
“Las brujas” . Si se anima puede traer disfraces. Las entradas estarán a $
2,00 por persona. También habrá un paquete combinado por $ 5,00. Eso te
da la admisión, palomitas de maíz y una bebida. Las concesiones se
venderán. Por favor venga y apoye el Club de Drama y nuestra producción
por primera vez... Cenicienta y el hechizo de la hada padrino.
Este viernes, 15 de febrero estaremos teniendo un evento para la
familia en la FERIA DEL LIBRO!! Sera el “DESAYUNO CON LIBROS”.
Estaremos sirviendo desayuno en el Salón de Reuniones y las familias
estarán invitadas a la Feria de Libro. Será de 7:30 a 9:00am.
Ensayo para el drama la Cenicienta y el Hechizo el padrino de hadas será los
lunes y jueves de 4:00-5:00. Si usted es un miembro del reparto por favor haga
su pago de $ 10 en la oficina para adquirir el libreto de la obra.
NO más voluntarios para la biblioteca escolar hasta nuevo aviso.
La obra será 22 de marzo a las 7:00 pm y 23 de marzo a las 2:30 pm
y las 6:00 pm
Tenemos muchas cosas perdidas en el “Perdido y Encontrado”. Por favor pase
por la cafetería a ver si su hijo perdió alguno de sus artículos. Después del
15 de febrero todo será DONADO!
