• Supervisión diaria de su sistema de seguridad: comprobamos mediante test diario
la comunicación con la central receptora y el correcto funcionamiento de su alarma.
Daily supervision of your security system: we perform a communication test every day
to ensure that your alarm is working properly.
• La central receptora se encuentra en Ibiza, lo cual facilita la activación del Plan de
Acción en caso de alarma. The Alarm Monitoring Centeris located in Ibiza, which
makes it easier to activate the Action Plan in case of alarm triggering.
• Conexión y desconexión del sistema. Su sistema de alarma nos envía en el 100% de
los casos cuando usted conecta o desconecta la alarma (salvo indicación contraria

otherwise indicated).
• Control de códigos de acceso: nos permite saber cuándo y quién conectó o

través de sms o correo electrónico. También disponemos de servicio de acceso
web que le permitirá controlar cuando desee y cuantas veces quiera el estado de

allow you to control the status of your alarm system whenever you want and as many
times as you need.

• Nuestro Servicio Acuda. Estamos autorizados por la Dirección General de la Policía
para disponer de tres vehículos estáticos destinados a prestar servicio de “acuda”
como respuesta a las posibles alarmas. Our “Acuda” guard attendance service. We
are authorised by the Police Department to have three vehicles ready to provide
assistance in response to any alarm.
• Reparaciones. En caso de detectar una anomalía en el funcionamiento de la alarma y
no poder contactar con el cliente, el servicio “acuda” procederá a entrar en el lugar a
proteger (siempre que tengamos la custodia de llaves y autorización del cliente para
subsanar el problema). Repairs. In case that we detect any problem with your alarm
system and cannot contact you, our guard attendance service will enter the place
being protected (provided that we have custody of the keys and authorisation) to
correct the problem.
