CLÍNICA DE ABS + GLÚTEOS: Rutina creada para dar forma, alargar, adelgazar y tonificar
glúteos y trabajar abdominales.
X - TRAINING: Circuito de ejercicios con una serie de sesiones de entrenamiento de alta intensidad, diseñados para poner a prueba su resistencia, velocidad, agilidad y fuerza. Combina
los calentamientos dinámicos , ejercicios pliométricos de alta velocidad y el peso corporal que
ejerce con el equipo, incluyendo los balones y kettle bells.
YOGA – MEDITACIÓN DE LUNA: Toque en los ritmos celestiales con esta meditación guiada
a reflexionar sobre las energías de la luna.
CAMINATA MATUTINA: Caminata por el sendero del pedregal hasta la playa del mismo, permite
realizar un ejercicio cardiovascular mientras aprecia el lindo y calmado paisaje.
