La Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
sta rivedendo le regole del Textile
Fiber Products Identification Act, che
regola l’etichettatura dei prodotti tessili
nel mercato statunitense.
A tal fine si rivolge a chi di interesse
per raccogliere eventuali commenti ed
osservazioni su alcuni aspetti della
normativa (c.d. “request for pubblic
comments”).
La data ultima per la presentazione dei
“public comments” è il 3 gennaio 2012;
tuttavia, ritenendo importante che
anche le aziende nostre associate
possano intervenire e commentare
alcuni aspetti normativi che dovranno
poi rispettare, ci rendiamo disponibili a
raccogliere eventuali osservazioni
entro il 23 dicembre 2011 per poi
trasmetterle, in forma anonima, alla
FTC entro il 3 gennaio 2012.

algunos aspectos de la normativa (la

La última fecha para la presentación de
los “public comments” es el 3 de enero
de 2012; no obstante, considerando
importante que también las empresas
socias puedan intervenir y comentar
algunos aspectos normativos que

sucesivamente

recogeremos como asociación los
eventuales
comentarios
y

L’Agenzia Europea per le Sostanze
Chimiche (ECHA) ha individuato
ufficialmente, dal 19 dicembre 2011,
venti nuove sostanze candidate ad
essere incluse nell’allegato XIV del
Regolamento REACH e quindi essere
sottoposte ad autorizzazione.
L’inclusione nella “candidate list”
determina l’obbligo per i fornitori di
articoli che contengono una di queste
sostanze, in concentrazione superiore
a 0,1% (peso/peso), di trasmettere ai
propri clienti informazioni adeguate a
