Schedule:
Marks are awarded on a scale of 0 to 10 (100%) expressed to one decimal point.
-between 6.0 and 6.9 points (60%-69% of total marks possible): PASS
-between 7.0 and 8.9 points (70%-89% of total marks possible): MERIT
-between 9.0 and 10 points (90%-100% of total marks possible): DISTINCTION
The levels to be certified are the following acording to Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR):
-A1. Breakthrough Level: a basic ability to communicate and exchange information in a simple way.
-A2. Waystage User: an ability to deal with simple, straightforward information and begin to express oneself in familiar
contexts.
-B1. Threshold User: an ability to express oneself in a limited way in familiar situations and to deal in a general way with
non-routine information.
-B2. Independent User: the capacity to achieve most goals and express oneself on a range of topics.
-C1. Competent User: an ability to communicate with the emphasis on how well it is done, in terms of appropracy,
sensitivity and the capacity to deal with unfamiliar topics.
-C2. Good user: the capacity to deal with material which is academic or cognitively demanding, and to use language to
good effect, at a level of performance which may in certain respects be more advanced than that of an average native
speaker.
Other interesting information:
A certificate will only be awarded if the required level is reached. The overall level will be considered to have been
reached if the total final mark equals or exceeds 60% of the total marks possible, provided that a minimum of 50% has
been attained in each skill.

Tasas de examen 50 € (Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de abril de 2011) + 5 € de

No se admitirá devolución de tasas una vez finalizado el plazo de matrícula.
Una vez finalizado el plazo de matrícula, la única causa de devolución podrá ser:
* Causa médica o grave justificada documentalmente los día de examen.
La cantidad a devolver no incluirá los gastos de secretaría técnica UPV
* La edad mínima para poder examinarse es de 16 años.
