Preparar los perfiles con la
medida correcta.
Cut the profiles in the correct
measures.
Perfiles optimizados para
pladur de 15 mm de espesor, para placas de 13 mm,
se suministran separadores
de 2mm de grosor (N8314).
Fijar la placa al perfil con
tornillos especiales.
Optimized profiles for 15mm
plaster plates thickness, for
13mm plates add the 2mm
separator (N8314). Fix the
plate to the profile with special screws.
Aplicar pasta de emplaste
en los surcos visibles del
perfil.
Apply plaster paste into the
visible groove below profile
surface.
Colocar la gasa como elemento de unión entre la placa de pladur y el emplaste.
Apply the gauze as the union
element between the plasterboard and profile.
Volver a aplicar pasta de
emplaste hasta conseguir
una superficie uniforme. Lijar y pintar.
Apply once again the plaster
paste to the profile until the
surface gets uniform. X2

Encajar la luminaria en la
ranura del perfil destinada
a tal efecto e inclinar hacia
atrás para facilitar la entrada del adaptador mecánico.
Set the spot into the internal slot and tilt backwards
the spotlight to facilitate the
mechanic adapter insertion.
Una vez encaje el adaptador, dejar reposar la luminaria sobre el perfil hasta su
posición final.
Once the adapter is inserted, let the spotlight in its
still position facing down.

Ajustar los tornillos del
adaptador mecánico. Una
vez colocadas las secciones del túnel, aflojar los
tornillos, desplazar las luminarias hasta su posición
y volver a apretar.
Adjust the screws located
in the mechanic adapter.
Once the tunnel sections are
inserted, loosen the screws,
relocate the spotlights to
its final position and then
re-adjust the screws.

Encajar uno de los laterales
de la tapa final del túnel en
la ranura exterior del perfil.

queden perpendiculares a la
tapa superior.
Fix one side of the tunnel
end cap to the external profile rough surface.

Press the opposite side
inwards until it gets perpendicular to the top lid.

liberar la presión.
Introducir los módulos del
túnel volteando cada pieza
y evitando golpear las luminarias.
Insert the other side and
loose the pressure. Insert
the other tunnel modules
like shown, spinning it and
avoiding to hit the spots.
Tal como se hizo con las
tapas finales, presionar los
laterales de los módulos.
The same procedure as the
end caps: press the modules
sides to its center to fit the
profile.
Deslizar hasta adosar al
módulo anexo y fijar las lenguetas de ambos módulos.
Fijar la posición de las luminarias y orientar.
Slide until attach one module to another and fix both
tabs. Set up the right position for the spots and adjust
it accordingly.
