Compton Station has continued to make strides in building a better relationship with the residents of Compton.
As part of our on-going efforts, Compton Station has implemented the “Town Sheriff Program.” The Town
Sheriff Program consists of having a lead deputy (Town Sheriff) assigned to each of our four council districts,
along with a special assignment deputy.

The idea of having a Town Sheriff is to have an officer who would become more familiar and
recognizable in the community, thus building a stronger relationship with residents.

The Town Sheriff will liaison with the assigned district councilmember and attend the
councilmember’s monthly district meeting.

The Town Sheriff and the special assignment deputy will be immediately available to address the
majority of the quality of life issues that affect each district.

The Town Sheriff and the special assignment deputy will be able to provide feedback and better
communication with the councilmember and stakeholders.

La Estación de Compton, sigue cultivando una mejor relación con los residentes de Compton. Como parte de
nuestros esfuerzos, la Estación de Compton ha puesto en práctica el “Programa del Sheriff del Pueblo.” El
Programa del Sheriff del Pueblo consiste en tener un alguacil principal (Sheriff del Pueblo) asignado a cada uno
de nuestros cuatro distritos del consejo, junto ha ellos se encuentran los alguaciles del equipo de asignación
especial.

mensual del distrito del concejal.

El Sheriff del Pueblo y el alguacil de asignación especial serán inmediatamente disponibles para
tratar la mayoría de los problemas de calidad de vida que afectan a cada distrito.

El Sheriff del Pueblo y el alguacil de asignación especial serán capaz de proporcionar una
respuesta y una mejor comunicación con el concejal y los interesados.
