Notre nouvelle mosaïque en acier inoxydable. Aussi
simple à poser et à assembler que nos mosaïques
vitrifiées, elle offre de nouvelles possibilités pour les
designs et les projets les plus avant-gardistes.
La base de este mosaico es la que permite la misma
técnica de colocación que el mosaico vítreo, puesto
que se trata de una base cerámica, con la superficie
de acero inoxidable en distintos acabados y formatos.
Especialmente recomendado para revestimientos,
permite dotar a los espacios en los que se emplee de
la personalidad propia que aporta el acero.
This mosaic can be installed like any other glass
mosaic thanks to its ceramic base with a stainless
steel surface in different shapes and finish. It is
specially recommended for covering, endowing spaces
with the unique personality of the steel.
La base de cette mosaïque permet la même technique
de pose que la mosaïque vitrifiée, étant donné qu’il
s’agit d’une base en céramique, dont la surface est en
acier inoxydable de différents formats et finitions. Elle
est particulièrement recommandée pour les revêtements
et permet d’équiper les espaces où le caractère propre
qu’apporte l’acier est nécessaire.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS
Estos mosaicos están fabricados a partir de un
soporte cerámico y un recubrimiento tipo “funda”
de acero inoxidable. Se presenta enmallado, para su
fácil colocación. La superficie está recubierta de un
film de plástico protector, para evitar desperfectos o
rallados en la colocación, que deberá de ser retirado
al finalizar la misma.
El recubrimiento de acero inoxidable, doblado a 90
grados y perpendicular a la base del soporte, es
SS201 cromado, y SS304 en el color metal. El acero
inoxidable cumple además las más altas exigencias
sanitarias requeridas por la industria en general,
centros sanitarios, industria química, alimentaria, etc.
COLOCACIÓN
El mismo sistema que se emplearía en cualquier
recubrimiento o pavimento tradicional. La
superficie donde se aplicará el material debe estar
completamente lisa, seca y sin grietas (eliminar
completamente las grasas, aceites, ceras, etc.).
El subsuelo adecuado es la creación de hormigón
autonivelante o soleras de base cementosa. Si el
sustrato al cual deben aplicarse los mosaicos no es el
adecuado, se precisará de un tratamiento preliminar.
En caso de que se deba cortar el material, utilizar un
disco de diamante o un disco corte Inox montado en
una máquina pulidora angular que facilite diversas
tipologías de corte. Las mosaicos vienen con una
capa plástica protectora, la cual debe permanecer
sobre los materiales hasta que la instalación sea
completada, ya que por lo contrario pueden rallarse
durante el proceso de aplicación. La película
protectora asegura un mantenimiento intacto de la
superficie del acero durante la colocación.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
El mantenimiento de los mosaicos se resume en
limpiar la superficie con un limpiador casero o un
paño húmedo, productos específicos para superficies
de acero o detergentes normales comerciales sin
HCl. No es recomendable usar limpiadores abrasivos
o fibra metálica ni productos ácidos o corrosivos ni
detergentes alcalinos. Una de las características
principales de este producto es que no existe la
oxidación de su superficie siendo muy resistente a las
manchas, salvo las producidas por ataque químico.
Usar paños delicados en un mismo sentido y nunca en
sentido circular.
Available in Copper, Black Steel and Stainless Steel.
This mosaic is made out of a ceramic base and a
stainless steel coat that “covers” it. It is very easy to
install as it comes in mesh. A protective plastic film so
as to avoid any damage or scratches while installing
it covers the surface. Once fully installed the film is to
be removed.
The stainless steel covering for the Crome series is
SS201, and SS304 for the Steel finish, with a fold of
90 degrees that runs perpendicular to the support
base. Moreover, stainless steel complies with the
most demanding health regulations requested by
the industry, medical centers, chemical and food
industry, etc.
INSTALLATION
This mosaic is to be installed like any other traditional
covering or flooring. The surface must be totally flat, dry
and without any cracks (remove all grease, oil or wax
on it). The most suitable floor would be made of leveled
concrete or cemented base supports. Should the base
not be suitable for installing the mosaic, then it will
need a preliminary treatment.
For cutting the material, use a diamond disk or a
stainless steel cut disk assembled in an angular
polisher machine capable of several types of cuts.
Mosaic comes with a protective plastic film that should
only be removed once the installation is finished.
Otherwise the mosaic risks to get scratched during the
process. Thanks to this protective film, the steel surface
is fully protected during the installation process.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This mosaic has to be cleaned with a humid cloth
or mop, using products specifically made for steel
surfaces or even any regular detergent without HCI.
Avoid the use of abrasive or metallic fiber cleaning
products, alkaline detergents and acid or corrosive
products. One of the most important features of this
mosaic is that its surface cannot rust and is stain
resistant, except if stained with chemical products.
For cleaning purposes, use only soft cloths or mops
always following the same direction, never in circular
movements.
Finitions disponibles : cuivre, acier noir et inox.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES
Cette mosaïque est fabriquée à partir d’un support
en céramique et d’un revêtement « housse » en acier
inoxydable. Elle est émaillée pour faciliter sa pose. Sa
surface est recouverte d’un film protecteur en plastique,
afin d’éviter toutes détériorations ou rayures, celui-ci
doit être enlevé à la fin de l’installation pendant la pose.
Le revêtement est en acier SS201 chromé et en
acier SS304 en coloris métal, plié à 90 degrés et
perpendiculaire à la base du support. De plus, l’acier
inoxydable respecte les plus grandes exigences
sanitaires requises par l’industrie générale, les centres
sanitaires, l’industrie chimique, alimentaire, etc.
POSE
Il s’agit du même système que pour tout recouvrement
ou revêtement traditionnel. La surface où le matériau
va être posé doit être complètement plane, sèche et
sans fissure (éliminer toutes les graisses, les huiles,
les cires, etc.). Le sous-sol doit être fabriqué à partir de
béton auto-nivelant ou d’une chape en ciment pour. Si le
substrat auquel les mosaïques doivent être appliquées
n’est pas adapté, il faudra un traitement préalable.
S’il faut couper le matériel, utilisez un disque diamant
ou un disque à couper en Inox sellé sur une polisseuse
à angle favorisant diverses typologies de découpe.
Les mosaïques contiennent une couche de plastique
protecteur, qui doit rester sur le matériau jusqu’à ce que
l’installation soit terminée pour éviter que les carreaux
soient rayés pendant le procédé d’application. Le film
protecteur assure un maintient intact de la superficie de
l’acier pendant la pose.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
L’entretien des mosaïques consiste à nettoyer la surface
avec un appareil de nettoyage domestique ou un chiffon
humide, des produits spécifiques pour les surfaces en
acier ou des détergents normaux du commerce sans
Acide Chlorhydrique (HCl). Il est déconseillé d’utiliser
des nettoyants abrasifs ou en fibre métallique, des
produits acides ou corrosifs, ou encore des détergents
alcalins. L’une des principales caractéristiques de ce
produit est sa surface qui ne s’oxyde pas, car il résiste
aux taches, excepté lorsqu’elles sont produites par une
attaque chimique. Utilisez des chiffons délicats toujours
dans le même sens, jamais en cercle.

TECHNISCHE MERKMALE
Diese Mosaike werden auf Basis eines Keramikträgers
und einer “Überzug” ähnlichen Beschichtung aus
Edelstahl hergestellt. Für eine einfachere Verlegung
werden sie als Netzmosaik ausgeliefert. Die Oberfläche
ist mit einer Schutzfolie aus Plastik überzogen, um
Beschädigungen oder Kratzer während der Verlegung
zu vermeiden, weshalb sie auch erst nach den Arbeiten
zu entfernen ist.
Die um 90 Grad gebogene und senkrecht zum Träger
verlaufende Edelstahlbeschichtung besteht aus
verchromtem SS201, sowie SS304 in der Metallfarbe.
Der rostfreie Stahl erfüllt zudem die von den
Gesundheitsbehörden, der allgemeinen, der chemischen,
sowie der Lebensmittelindustrie, usw. geforderten
höchsten Anforderungen für Sanitärbereiche.

The laying method is the same as the one for the rest
of our products, with the following exceptions:
Use grouting materials exclusively based on superfine
arid materials, (an average diametre of 12 microns).
Remove the remains of the grouting material,
immediately, with an sponge soaked in water.
Do not use powdered detergent, steel wool or
abrasives
Remove the remains of the protecting film with a
clean cloth, wet with alcohol or acetone, ending by
cleaning with clear water.
Ces pièces ont été fabriquées avec une trés fine

material peut causer des dommages irréversibles.

VERLEGUNG
Auf die gleiche Art und Weise wie bei jedem
herkömmlichen Fliesenbelag oder –pflaster. Die zu
verkleidende Oberfläche muss vollständig glatt, trocken
und rissfrei sein (jegliches Fett, Öl, Wachs, usw. ist
vorher zu entfernen). Als Untergrund eignen sich
Fließestrich oder andere auf Zementbasis hergestellte
Fundamente. Sollte die Unterlage nicht für die Verlegung
des Mosaiks geeignet sein, so ist eine entsprechende
Vorbehandlung erforderlich.
Zum Schneiden des Materials ist eine, in einem
für verschiedene Trennarbeiten ausgestatteten
Winkelschleifer eingespannte Diamant- oder EdelstahlTrennscheibe zu verwenden. Die Mosaike sind mit
einer Schutzfolie aus Plastik versehen, die erst entfernt
werden darf, wenn die Verlegearbeiten beendet sind, da
sie andernfalls durch Krater beschädigt werden können.
Die Schutzfolie gewährleistet somit während der
Verlegung die Unversehrtheit der Stahloberfläche.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Die Pflege der Mosaike beschränkt sich auf die
Reinigung der Oberfläche mit einem üblichen
Haushaltsreiniger oder einem feuchten Tuch, speziellen
Reinigungsprodukten für Stahloberflächen oder
normalen handelsüblichen Reinigern ohne HCL . Es
empfiehlt sich nicht der Einsatz von Scheuermitteln oder
Stahlwolle bzw. säure- oder alkalihaltigen und ätzenden
Reinigungsmitteln. Eine der wichtigsten Eigenschaften
dieses Produkts ist, dass seine Oberfläche nicht rosten
kann und es somit eine sehr hohe Fleckenbeständigkeit

OLDTEAK

Den Anweisungen, die auf der Schachtel stehen, ist
unbedingt zu folgen.
Die Verlegungsmethode ist mit vorbehalten dieselbe
wie bei all unseren Produkten.
Es sind ausnahmslos Verfugungsmaterialen zu
benutzen, welche aus extrafeinen kalkartigen
