CARATTERISTICHE FUNZIONALI
Questa macchina permette di eseguire, completamente in automatico, la
marcatura di suole in cuoio o altri materiali sintetici. Dotata del sistema
automatico di centratura computerizzato che rende possibile la
memorizzazione delle diverse posizioni di centraggio e bloccaggio, in riferimento alle posizioni dei cliché, di ogni prodotto da lavorare. Detto sistema è stato concepito per annullare i tempi morti di produzione, dovuti ai
riposizionamenti manuali (per ogni serie di suole da timbrare) degli organi
che contribuiscono alla centratura suola rispetto al cliché. Inoltre offre il
vantaggio di un esatto posizionamento di stampa del timbro su medesime
serie di suole prodotte a distanza nel tempo una dall’altra, grazie ad una
banca dati da memorizzare in fase di preparazione macchina. Sarà sufficiente, per ottenere il piazzamento macchina relativo ad un prodotto memorizzato all’interno del sistema, richiamare il codice/articolo assegnatogli precedentemente

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
This fully automatic machine allows the user to mark shoe soles, whether
made of leather or other, synthetic materials. With its computer-guided
fully automatic this machine makes it possible to memorise the different
centering or holding positions, with reference to the positions of the cliché,
for every single product that needs to be produced. The system has
specifically been designed to liminate those downtimes caused by manual
repositioning (for each batch of soles that has to be marked) of the moving
parts that center the sole with respect to the cliché. Thanks to the database
created during machine set-up it is also possible to reproduce precision
marking on a sole of the same type should it be produced again at any
time in the future: to position the machine for any of the products stored
on the system database all you need to do is key in the previously assigned
code or item name.

CARACTERÍSTICAS FUNCIONALES
Esta máquina permite efectuar, completamente en automático, el marcado
de suelas de cuero u otros materiales sintéticos. Consta del sistema
automático computerizado de centrado el cual permite la memorización
de las distintas posiciones de centrado y bloqueo, en función de las
posiciones de los clichés, de cada uno de los productos que se desean
elaborar. Dicho sistema ha sido creado para anular los tiempos muertos
de producción, debidos a las colocaciones manuales (para cada serie de
suelas que deben marcarse) de los órganos que contribuyen al centrado
de la suela respecto al cliché. Asimismo, ofrece la ventaja de lograr una
colocación exacta para el grabado de la marca en todas las series de
suelas producidas a distancia en el tiempo, gracias a un banco de datos
que deberá crearse en fase de preparación máquina. Para obtener la
colocación máquina correspondiente a un producto memorizado en el
interior del sistema, será suficiente llamar el código/artículo que se le ha
asignado precedentemente.
