About us
We are a Venezuelan company specialized in engineering services, procurement
and construction management; headquartered in the city of Maturin, Monagas
state.
We develop studies and projects in the oil and non-oil sectors in general with a
multidisciplinary approach. Our performance is characterized by the principles of
excellence in execution, compliance with the regulatory framework, and the
implementation of the required national and international standards agreed with
our clients.

Board of Directors
CEO: Rafael Graterol
Over 27 years of shared experience in Management of multidisciplinary projects for the Oil, Petrochemical and Industrial sectors
and Integral Quality and Environment system management certification for these sectors. He has held managerial and executive
level positions in Consultancy and Projects businesses, being a member of the Board and founder of companies that have
provided services to the oil and petrochemical national industry.
COO: Pablo Ordaz
More than 17 years of experience in Formulation and Project Management in the Oil and socio-productive sectors linked to the
national oil industry. He has held positions from Project Engineer, Leader of Discipline and Project Manager at the above sectors,
being part as founder and member of Cooperative Associations of Professionals for projects in the agricultural area, performing
functions of technical and managerial character.
CFO: Nélida Graterol
Over 18 years of shared experience in Technological Development and Business Administrative Management. She has performed
roles in Technological Support in multinational companies dedicated to Technological Solutions business and as Project Leader in
the administrative and business organization areas, being a member of the Board of Directors of Technological and oil sector
