grievance ministry for the Archdiocese of San Francisco is the

estadounidense
Servicios de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de Estados Unidos (USCIS,
por sus siglas en inglés) presentará un foro de inmigración llamado “Todo lo que necesita saber para hacerse ciudadano estadounidense.” Se llevará acabo el sábado, marzo 19, en la oficina de
Caridades Católicas en el 987 Airway Court en Santa Rosa de la
1:00 a las 3:00 de la tarde.
Personal de USCIS hablará de lo siguiente: como no ser victima
de fraude inmigratorio cuando está aplicando para un beneficio
inmigratorio; proceso de ciudadanía, quien es elegible y como
aplicar. Se proporcionarán materiales acerca de recursos a los
participantes.
Además, un representante del Departamento de Estado de la
Agencia de Pasaportes discutirá como y donde se puede aplicar
para el pasaporte estadounidense (libro o tarjeta), cuando a uno
se le otorga su ciudadanía.
La intención de este foro es discutir acerca de la inmigración general para residentes permanentes legales. No se va a dar consejos legales ni información específica acerca de casos en este foro.
Este evento es gratuito y es patrocinado por Caridades Católicas y
la Escuela para Adultos de Petaluma. Para reservar un espacio,
