Dear Parents and Guardians:
Your partnership with us is important. Please join us on Wednesday, August 26th from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
for Open House. We would like you to have the opportunity to meet the teachers your Damonte Ranch High
School student(s) interact with each week. Teachers will share their syllabus and class expectations with you and
give suggestions to you about assisting your child at home. We are planning this event for parents only. You will
attend a modified schedule of your child’s classes—wear comfortable shoes! If you have more than one student
attending Damonte this year, you may have to modify your individual schedule to cover those classes you feel are
the most important.
At this event, time will not permit individual parent/teacher conferences. However, you will be able to arrange a
conference through the counseling department for a later time, if you would like. The entire staff of Damonte
Ranch High School is looking forward to seeing you at Open House.

Estimados Padres y Guardianes:
Su colaboración con nosotros es muy importante. Por favor únanse con nosotros el miércoles, agosto 26, de 6:30p.m. hasta las 9:00p.m.
para nuestro evento de Casa Abierta. Queremos que tengan la oportunidad de conocer a los maestros con los cuales su estudiante(s) de
Damonte Ranch High School convive cada semana. Los maestros compartirán su programa de estudios y sus expectativas de la clase con
ustedes y darán sugerencias acerca de cómo ayudar a su estudiante en la casa. Estamos planificando este evento solamente para los padres
de familia. Ustedes asistirán a un horario modificado de las clases de su niño-¡recuerden de usar zapatos cómodos! Si tienen más de un
estudiante que asiste a la escuela Damonte este año, entonces usted tendrá que modificar su horario individual para asistir a las clases que
usted desee.
En este evento, no se permitirán conferencias individuales con los padres/maestros. Sin embargo, más tarde usted tendrá la oportunidad de
hacer una cita por medio del departamento de consejería. Todo el personal de Damonte Ranch High School esperan verlos en la Casa
Abierta.
