Flour – rich in fiber –, artisan-made
butter, unrefined brown sugar and
top quality Italian dried fruit. The
choice to use the hands to shape
the biscuits allows us to maintain
unchanged the organoleptic characteristics of the ingredients used,
emphasizing the artisan preparation.

Butterkekse, die aufgrund der
hohen Qualität und Ausgewogenheit der Zutaten, die von uns
persönlich recherchiert und geprüft wurden, gewürdigt werden
können: mit Mehl reich an Ballaststoffen, handgemachter Butter,
unraffiniertem Rohrzucker sowie
Nüsse und Trockenobst von ausschließlich italienischer Herkunft.
Die Entscheidung, die Kekse mit
den Händen zu formen, gewährleistet die wahrnehmbaren Eigenschaften der benutzten Zutaten
unverändert zu erhalten und unterstreicht somit die handwerkliche
Zubereitung.
