DOMAINE D'UTILISATION
Le supplément Plasma de Lapin Fibrinogène (RPF) est une préparation lyophilisée destinée à être incorporée à la gélose de
base de Baird-Parker. Le milieu obtenu permet la détection et la numération directe des staphylocoques à coagulase positive
en une seule opération. En conséquence, il présente l'avantage de très nettement réduire le nombre de tests de confirmation
au cours du contrôle microbiologique des produits alimentaires, des produits laitiers et des autres échantillons à analyser.
COMPOSITION (pour un flacon)
- Plasma de lapin, EDTA

- Tellurite de potassium

MODE D'EMPLOI
- Reprendre le lyophilisat en y ajoutant aseptiquement 10 mL d'eau distillée stérile préchauffée à 37°C.
- Agiter le flacon plusieurs fois de façon à assurer une complète dissolution, tout en évitant la formation de mousse. La mise en
solution n'est pas toujours immédiatement obtenue. Il est possible d'accélérer la dissolution en agitant le flacon au moyen
d'un agitateur mécanique de type Vortex. Il est nécessaire que le produit soit totalement dissous avant d'être utilisé.
- Ajouter stérilement le contenu d'un flacon de supplément sélectif reconstitué, à 90 mL de gélose de Baird-Parker base
(BK055), reconstituée et maintenue à 44-47°C ou de BM029 prêt-à-liquéfier.
- Homogénéiser parfaitement.
- Utiliser rapidement.
STOCKAGE / CONSERVATION
- Stocker entre 2 et 8°C, à l'abri de la lumière.
- La date de péremption est mentionnée sur l'étiquette.
- Une fois reconstitué, le produit ne doit pas être conservé plus de 3 heures à la température du laboratoire. Il ne doit subir ni
réfrigération, ni congélation.

INTENDED USE
Rabbit Plasma Fibrinogen Supplement is a freeze-dried preparation intended to be incorporated in Baird-Parker Agar base.
The resulting medium allows the simultaneous enumeration and confirmation of coagulase positive staphylococci in a single
operation. Consequently, significant reductions in the time and labor needed for the analysis of foods, dairy products or other
samples may be achieved.
COMPOSITION (per vial)
- Rabbit plasma, EDTA
2.5 mL
- Bovine fibrinogen
0.5 g
- Trypsin inhibitor
2.5 mg
- Potassium tellurite
2.5 mg
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Using aseptic techniques, fill the vial of lyophilisate with 10 mL of sterile distilled water, preheated to 37°C.
- Turn end-over-end to dissolve. Avoid frothing the solution. Immediate dissolution is not always obtained. To accelerate the
process, a mechanical agitator (vortex) for tubes can be used to fully dissolve the lyophilisate. The supplement should be
completely dissolved before adding to Baird-Parker Agar base.
- Aseptically add the contents of the reconstituted supplement to 90 mL of Baird-Parker agar base (BK055 or BM029 ready-tomelt), previously prepared and maintained at 44-47°C and mix well.
- Use rapidly.
STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
- Store between 2-8°C, shielded from light.
- The expiration date is indicated on the labels.
- Once reconstituted, the product must not be stored for for more than 3 hours at room temperature. Do not refrigerate or
freeze.

ANWENDUNG
Rabbit Plasma Fibrinogen Supplement wird als Lyophilisat angeboten und zusammen mit Baird-Parker Agar Basis eingesetzt.
Der resultierende Nährboden erlaubt eine gleichzeitige Keimzählung und Bestätigung von Coagulase-positven Staphylokokken
in einem Arbeitsschritt . Dadurch ergibt sich eine wesentliche Zeitersparnis bei der Analyse von Lebensmitteln, Milchprodukten
und anderen Proben.
ZUSAMMENSETZUNG (pro Fläschchen)
- Rabbit Plasma, EDTA

GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
- Geben Sie unter aseptischen Bedingungen 10 mL steriles, destilliertes und auf 37°C vorgewärmtes Wasser in das Fläschchen
mit dem Lyophilisat.
- Fläschchen vorsichtig hin und her kippen, bis der Inhalt vollständig gelöst ist. Vermeiden Sie ein Aufschäumen der Lösung.
Ein sofortiges Auflösen wird nicht immer erreicht. Um den Vorgang zu beschleunigen und das Lyophilisat vollständig
aufzulösen, kann auch ein mechanischer Röhrchenmixer (Vortex) verwendet werden. Das Supplement sollte vollständig
gelöst sein, bevor es zur Baird-Parker Agar Basis gegeben wird.
- Geben Sie unter aseptischen Bedingungen das in Wasser gelöste Supplement zu 90 mL Baird-Parker Agar Basis (BK055
oder BM029 fertig zum Aufsch melzen), welche zuvor vorbereitet und bei 44 - 47°C warm gehalten wurde.
- Gut mischen
- Sofort verwenden.
LAGERUNG / HALTBARKEIT
- Aufbewahrung bei 2-8°C, vor Licht schützen.
- Ablaufdatum, siehe Etikett.
- Nach Rekonstitution sollte das Produkt nicht länger als 3 h bei Raumtemperatur aufbewahrt werden. Es sollte weder gekühlt
noch gefroren werden.

UTILIZACIÓN
El Suplemento Plasma de Conejo con fibrinógeno es una preparación liofilizada indicada para su uso con el Agar Baird-Parker
base. El medio resultante permite sumultáneamente el recuento y confirmación de estafilococos coagulasa positivos en una
misma operación. Ello permite, una reducción significativa del tiempo y trabajo empleados en el análisi de alimentos,
productos lácteos, u otras muestras .
COMPOSICIÓN (por vial)
- Plasma de conejo, EDTA
2.5 mL
- Fibrinógeno de bovino
0.5 g
- Inhibidor de Tripsina
2.5 mg
- Telurito Potásico
2.5 mg
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
- En condiciones asépticas, llenar el vial del liofilizado con 10 mL de agua destilada estéril, precalentada a 37°C.
- Agitar por inversión para disolver. Evitar la formación de espuma. La disolución no se obtiene siempre de manera inmediata.
Para acelerar el proceso, se puede utilizar un agitador mecánico para tubos (vórtex) para disolver el liofilizado
completamente. El suplemento se debería disolver completamente antes de añadirlo al Agar Baird-Parker base.
- Añadir asépticamente el contenido del suplemento reconstituido a 90 mL de Agar base Baird-Parker agar base (BK055 ó
BM029 listo para fundir), préviamente preparado y mantenido a 44-47°C y mezclar bien.
- Utilizar rápidamente.
CONSERVACIÓN / VIDA UTIL
- Mantener a 2-8°C, al abrigo de la luz.
- La fecha de caducidad viene indicada en las etiquetas.
- Una vez reconstituido, el producto no debe permanecer más de 3 horas a temperatura ambiente. No refrigerar o congelar.

INDICAZIONI
Supplemento liofilizzato da incorporare al Baird-Parker Agar Base. Il terreno risultante permette - con una singola operazione il conteggio e la contemporanea conferma degli stafilococchi coagulasi positivi consentendo di ridurre significativamente i
tempi e la mole di lavoro necessari per l'analisi di alimenti, prodotti lattiero-caseari o campioni di origine diversa.
COMPOSIZIONE (per flacone)
- Plasma di coniglio, EDTA
2,5 ml
- Fibrinogeno bovino
0,5 g
- Inibitore tripsinico
2,5 mg
- Tellurito di potassio
2,5 mg
ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
- Aggiungere asetticamente al flacone contenente il liofilizzato 10 mL di acqua distillata sterile pre-riscaldata a 37°C.
- Agitare per inversione per portare in soluzione. Evitare la formazione di schiuma. Non sempre è possibile ottenere una
immediata dissoluzione. Per accelerare il processo e portare il contenuto a completa soluzione, è possibile utilizzare un
agitatore meccanico (Vortex). Il liofilizzato deve essere completamente dissolto prima di essere addizionato al terreno di base
(Baird-Parker).
- In condizioni sterili, aggiungere l'intero contenuto del flacone ricostituito a 90 mL di Baird-Parker Agar Base (BK055, BM029
pronto per l’uso, in flacone), sterilizzato in autoclave e raffreddato a 44-47°C.
- Mescolare con cura.
- Utilizzare rapidamente.
CONSERVAZIONE / STABILITA'
- Conservare a 2-8°C, al riparo dalla luce.
- La data di scadenza è indicata sull'etichetta.
- Il prodotto, una volta ricostituito, deve essere conservato per un periodo non superiore a 3 ore a temperatura ambiante. Non
refrigerare, né congelare.
