horticulture for the French market. The French commercial agent is seeking Commercial Agency Agreements and offers trade intermediary services to
foreign manufacturers.
Description
A French commercial agent is looking for innovative products for the agriculture and horticulture, to be represented in France, such as:
- Equipment for buildings (cattle and pigs breeding and welfare of animals, except products for hygiene and nutrition feed/premixes),
- Equipment for agriculture (spare parts for machinery, tractors, used tractors or used agricultural machinery…)
- Equipment and supplies for horticultural production above ground (tomatoes, strawberries...)
Regarding a range of products and a geographic zone, the French sales agent’s work consist in:
• Identification of all the companies involved in this market (distributors, distribution channel, competitors…)
• Organisation of distribution network
• Referencing negotiation with the distribution channel
Thus, he focuses on the increase of the business volume and turnover:
• Training regarding the company’s products
• Technical supports provided to clients
• Trials, demonstration with products
The French commercial agent will look into business cooperation offered from foreign company interested in developing their innovative products on the
French market. Trade intermediary services are offered to foreign manufacturers.
Target partner expertise sought:
- Type of partner sought: The potential partner should be willing to develop their sales on the French market, offer quality products, and supply the
promotion materials (brochure, demonstration products, etc) required to actively promote their range.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: The potential partner should be an industrial manufacturing company with innovative products dedicated to
others professional companies (B2B) in agriculture and horticulture sectors.
