HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 81
OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS
The Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 81 of
Harris County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at 6:00
p.m., at 805 Hidden Canyon, Katy, Texas 77450, to discuss and, if appropriate, act upon

Request for funding Harris County Precinct's extension of the hike and
bike trail west of Mason Road.
Tax assessment and collections matters, including delinquent tax
collections, installment agreements, payment of tax bills, and update on
businesses paying sales tax.
Adopt Resolution Concerning Exemptions from Taxation.
Financial and bookkeeping matters, including payment of the bills and
review of investments.
Operation of District facilities, billings, repairs, and maintenance,
· including update on customer requests.
Hearing on termination of water and sewer service to delinquent
customers and authorize termination of service.
Approve annual repor.t on implementation of Water Conservation Plan
.and authoriz~ submittal to the Texas Water Development Board.
;~onducf'A.muiai Review of Drought Contingency Plan.
Authorize operator to prepare water loss audit.
Engineer's report on District facilities; including:
a.
· ground storage tank and hydro tank rehabilitation at water plant
no.1;

televising of Cimarron Subdivision, Sections 1 and 2;
d.
GIS system;
e.
water modeling study;
f.
installation of patches and packers at water well no. 4;

lift station mixer;

capital improvement plan; and

Report on West Memorial Municipal Utility District Sewage Treatment
Plant meeting and proposed plant improvements.
Operatiorl, repair, and maintenance of Administrative Office and District
website, including proposal for firearms notice signs.

Sewage Treatment Plant.
Report on Katy Area Economic Development Council.
2016 Directors Election, including:
a.
accept Certificate Declaring Unopposed Status of Candidates for

adopt Order Cancelling Election and Declaring Unopposed
Candidates Elected to Office.
