Liability
We as parents of the undersigned students do hereby authorise the undersigned student, without any responsibility JyC, its
employees, coordinator, the educational institution where the student is assigned, and the family or families with whom the s tudent
may live, to participate in any sports except the sports stated in section “program rules”. We understand that the student may not be
able to graduate or obtain a diploma; this is subject to Ministry of Education or School regulations.
We as parents of the undersigned student and the undersigned student have read the rules of the program and agree to abide by
them.
We agree that JyC, the sending and/or the placing organisation, its employees, coordinator, the educational institution where the
student is assigned, and the family or families with whom the student may live cannot be help responsible if any incident, resulting from
failure to follow program’s rules or advice by undersigned students, occurs.
All the material provided for the purpose of the program (application form, student handbook, profile, interview report, etc…) and
photographs and other documentation, supplied by the student while on or returned from program remain the property of JyC. JyC, the
Sending and/or Placing Organisation and/or their employees and agents may use pictures or any media support, in which student
and/or parents appear, for promotional purpose through any media or any other promotional support available. Student agrees w ith the
above conditions even if 18 years of age or more before/or during the program.

Responsabilidad
Nosotros, como padres del estudiante abajo firmante, autorizamos a JYC, sus empleados, coordinadores, a la familia anfitriona y
a la institución educativa de donde el alumno viva a que pueda participar en cualquier deporte, excepto los deportes indicados en
"las reglas del programa". Entendemos que el estudiante puede no ser capaz de graduarse u obtener un diploma, ya que éstos
dependen de las regulaciones del Ministerio de Educación y / o de la Escuela.
Nosotros, como padres del estudiante abajo firmante y el estudiante hemos leído las reglas del programa y estamos de acuerdo
en cumplir con ellas.
Estamos de acuerdo en que JYC, sus empleados, coordinadores, agencias representantes de su organización colaboradora en el
país de destino, la familia anfitriona y la institución educativa donde se le asigne al estudiante, no son responsables si hubiese algún
incidente como resultado de la desatención de las reglas del programa.
Todo el material suministrado relacionado con el programa (inscripción, guía del estudiante, perfil, informe de la entrevista
personal, etc.), fotografías y cualquier otra documentación entregadas por el estudiante antes y durante el programa son propiedad de
JYC. JYC y sus empleados, pueden utilizar las imágenes o cualquier otra documentación, en los que los estudiantes y / o los padres
aparecen, a efectos de promoción. El estudiante está de acuerdo con las condiciones anteriores, incluso si tiene más de 18 años de
edad antes o durante el programa.
